Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

Petite déception de n'avoir pas pu être accueillis par les propriétaires. Nous attendions qq détails pratiques. Petit détail: manquent des gobelets dans la salle de bain pour éviter de prendre des verres de cuisine; et aussi de quoi poser le shampoing dans la douche: ceci n'est pas coûteux mais apporte des agréments....

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Immaculate apartment looking out to sea in Deal. Perfect position to explore this lovely town and all it has to offer.

We had an awesome stay, the place was spotless, and very cosy. Parking just in front of the house entrance, a nice back garden with a clean well furnished home. I highly recommend the place if you want a quick escape from the city.

Everything was ideal great place to stay

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had a great stay and appreciated Katarina’s hospitality. The house was a very convenient place for us to break up our long drive to Southern Spain and literally 5mins from the LeShuttle, and we got to enjoy being right by the beach in Folkestone as well. Super house and great host.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

Great stay at the flat, very spacious, comfortable, home from home , great amenities and perfect location as you have lots of things nearby should you need them , shop at end of the road… short walk to park and beaches . Would highly recommend to others.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Fabulous apartment beautifully presented, spotlessly clean with great attention to detail, very spacious rooms and comfortable seating, the balcony is outstanding with great views across the sea, close to some really good restaurants especially A la Turka Turkish restaurant, literally 2 minutes away. The host is great and answers any questions immediately, she has obviously put so much effort into presenting this apartment and it shows,
