This place was perfect for having to get work done during the week, as well as get out and about for family commitments. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and other facilities, especially the swimming pool. Everything was spot on!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

Our group of friends recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Villa for a weekend getaway. I must say it was an incredible experience! The villa itself was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail in every room, the luxurious amenities made it feel like a true "Royal" getaway. Whether relaxing by the pool, unwinding in the spa or enjoying a movie with our friends on the giant screen with surround sound, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Amit was an incredibly generous host, ensuring we had the best of understanding of all the facilities. I highly recommend Royal Villa for anyone looking for top-notch accomodation in Torquay, a home away from home and an unforgettable stay. Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

Lovely location, spacious clean house and a host who responded in a timely manner to inquiries. If we’re ever lucky enough to get back to Melbourne we would definitely love to stay again.

Great place for a family getaway House is clean with many outdoor private nooks to chill. Awesome in-ground trampoline, cute cubby house with kitchen for toddlers to immerse in role play! Great outdoor BBQ and only minutes walk to beach Michelle was quick to answer all our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! In addition Michelle went over and beyond and provided so many added little luxuries Highly recommended!

Great view and location for a relaxing stay

An outstanding rental. Supplies exceeded any expectation: fresh eggs, sourdough, milk, butter and honey. A great assortment of teas, well equiped kitchen. The house has lovely living areas, both inside and on covered verandas with everything needed plus extras. Beds all comfortable with plenty of places for our personal gear. Beautiful little blocks of luxurious handmade soap. We felt lucky to have found Susie’s house.

Our stay at Sun Days in Barwon Heads was wonderful. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. The two spacious bedrooms with queen beds made for a comfortable stay, and the space was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the garden, a great spot to relax and enjoy meals. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the main shopping strip with great cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops (the host’s guidebook was very helpful). Jess and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, easy to communicate with, and flexible, even with our late checkout. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Sun Days—thank you, Jess and Tom!

Nice holiday getaway in a quiet suburban town. The home is on a cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood but it feels very private with the lush greenery and backyard garden that surrounds the house. The full windows really draw in the exterior space and make you feel like you are staying in the garden and a peaceful oasis. There is sometimes noise from the street or children playing at the nearby school, but generally during the day we went out to do other activities on the Mornington Peninsula. I had never used the separate platform which the owners employ to communicate instructions, but it worked fine and was nothing to worry about.

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

We recently stayed at Cath's gorgeous home and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house is beautifully designed, with a bright and airy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local beaches, cafes, and the most importantly to fishing locations, this was a boys trip to have some time away by the beach and enjoy the local area. Cath's house is well-equipped with modern amenities and we did not need to stress about needing to bring everything from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the tranquil and peaceful environment. Overall, I highly recommend Cath's place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ocean Grove. We had a memorable time.

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.
