I was impressed with Annabelly's response time! We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Limited dining options without a car unless you don't mind a long walk to the boardwalk. There might have been more if we'd ventured west, but nothing came up in our online searches. There was a cafe in the building, but I cannot recommend the food. The grocery store was just a few blocks away. Well-equipped kitchen and things for the beach. You pay a lot more for everything to be right on the beach, which is to be expected. However, I was surprised that all restaurants include an 18-20% service charge, regardless of the number in your party.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

This apartment has one of the most beautiful ocean views you'll ever find—from two directions!—along with views of the intercoastal and the Miami skyline. Resort property is well run: beautiful pools, manicured beach, lots of cleaning of public spaces, etc. My only suggestion is that a few more implements in the kitchen would be helpful. Hard to flip an egg with a 1/4" bamboo spatula!

Martin was e great and helpful host! The apartment has everything you need, very quiet neighborhood . Location is perfekt, 2 min walk to winn dixie, beautiful beach just around the corner. Walking distance to Bill baggs statepark. If you looking for a place to stay i Key Biscayne we really recommend Martins place 👍

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The pool and hot tubs were exceptional—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and made our experience so enjoyable. The location was prime, close to everything we needed yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Si, sin dudarlo hospedaje en casa de Vivian. La casa es espectacular, amplia, hermosa, cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar TODO. Vivian es tremenda anfitriona, desde el primer momento estuvo en contacto. En verdad atenta como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida. La ubicación de la casa es increíble a pasos de Miracle Mile y a unos minutos en auto de Cococnut Groove. Nos falto tiempo para disfrutar todas las amenidades de esta casa. Es hermosa. Volveremos siempre.

We stayed one night before boarding a cruise. It worked perfectly for this plan. However do notice it only has one bathroom, which could be less practical for longer stays. But apart from that is private, spacious and just like the pictures.

llan's place was amazing! Loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful esthetics. There were no issues; the entire weekend here was filled with nothing less than positive vibes. I will definitely book here again!

The house was great for our family! We enjoyed our stay and Joe was an excellent host. Hollywood Beach is very close to the house, there is also a 24 hour CVS right down the road. Publix is also very close to this location.

This was a perfect place to stay for the group size we had. We had tons of room and space for everybody. The house was clean and free of any clutter. The pool was nice and clean.

Very decent place to stay in north Miami. Price -value ratio fits and it’s a good starting point for Miami area. Great host and worth the money.

My family & I had a wonderful stay at Anatoly’s place. The entire space was so clean, & it was properly equipped with all the essentials you need to enjoy your vacation. Parking & check-in were extremely easy to navigate. The beach & pool are easily accessible within minutes from the unit. I highly recommend Anatoly’s place if you’re looking to enjoy your time in Hollywood, Florida. Thank you for a wonderful stay & we hope to be back very soon!

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Looked modern and newly updated. Having a assigned parking place off from the street was a huge plus. Quiet very safe building. The swimming pool was a plus. We would definitely stay here again. Craig and Theresa

Fantastic place to stay. Host was very responsive and made the instructions clear upon arrival. Waking up with the balcony view every morning was amazing.

La verdad es que el departamento es muy cómodo y tiene una vista impresionante. Lo q modificaría en la publicación o mejor dicho agregaría es q los $30 dólares del parking x día son reales, pero si lo llevabas al tercer piso y hay q esperarlo 20 minutos. Ahora si pagas $50 x día tenés el auto en la puerta y lo dejas en la puerta. Lo aclararía para ya saberlo antes de llegar y tener la opción de elegir. Nosotros pagamos los $50 y la verdad es que el servicio funciona perfecto.
