We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

This lovely flat looks just like the pictures. The view is simply stunning. Super comfortable king-sized bed. Well appointed kitchen. The sofa is not very comfortable for sitting as it is more of a day bed, meaning it is too deep to lean on the back comfortably. Great location, walkable to all that Coconut Grove has to offer including g great restaurants and free trolleys heading to Brickell or to points south. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot and host! Very easy to get into and the host is very responsive. Convenient location, close to everything. Clean and matches the description, looks just like the pictures. The only complaint I’d have is that the mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but good enough. Everything else was great!

Marcy is such a lovely host. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour, let us know any pertinent info, and told us we could contact her any time. Her home is lovely and the Airbnb portion is really pretty. The pool, hot tub, bar lounge area is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The Airbnb is on a residential street if you want to go for walks. There’s also some local eateries within walking distance like a taco place and bakery. The Airbnb is located very close to an airport so if you are sensitive to plane noise that’s something to keep in mind. I would highly recommend Marcy!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

We were looking for a house outside the center with a private backyard and Tim's house was a perfect choice. It was spacious and very comfortable, great for our longer stay. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook at home. The fridge comes with a cold water dispenser which was very handy. Tim is an excellent host. He replied very quickly when we had questions or issues and followed up to make sure each of the problems was resolved. Internet connection (once we were provided with access to a second network) worked well throughout the entire house and even in the backyard, far away from the router. The neighborhood is safe and green. You're one minute away from the highway but no traffic noise reaches the house. The worst part is that there's regular noise coming from leaf blowers and lawnmowers (and other noise generated by landscaping companies), but that's common in Miami and doesn't depend on the host.

I had stayed at this home for my 60th birthday with my daughter and five other girlfriends. We had the best time ever. It was a little too far as my son lives in Fort Lauderdale but if you were to stay in that area for other reasons, it was fantastic. It still was definitely local to a casino and a lot of other fun stuff.

Beautiful apartment style home. 3 units. We heard some unusual noises behind the bedroom den and kitchen walls. We found out there was a work area for staff. That was alarming that they would be there. Also if you wanted to sleep that was not possible. The grounds were so amazingly maintained. I reached out once due to water not being warm enough in the shower and he quickly fixed it. the rooms were large. a TV was in every room including the kitchen. The parking is better for smaller cars. The area of town didn't make us feel at ease thus we didn't walk about. There was absolutely no problems on this property while there. It was very noisy at night with loud car engines and squeeling wheels. Of course this is not something the host can fix. . We didn't use the jacuzzi but it was available and ready. The outdoor chairs were nice to enjoy our time there. The lady on property was nice although spoke little English but was able to help us with towels.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay at the house. I think it butts up against another unit, but we didn't notice the people over there at all. Very nice layout and very comfortable throughout. The washer/dryer and nice fridge were very good touches, even though I didn't end up doing any laundry as I expected. It may be worth mentioning that there are a lot of sculptures and room decor that our young child was drawn towards. We had to babyproof the unit mildly to put any of the breakables out of reach, but that's likely not going to be a problem for 90% of the people coming. For some reason the ceiling fans in the bedroom felt a little underpowered. The first night we left the unit at a normal South Florida AC temperature, but we had to set it about as low as it could go and have ceiling fans maxed out the second night to sleep easier. I'm glad there were ceiling fans, though, because a lot of other Airbnbs and apartments in Miami don't have them. Close to downtown and Coconut Grove!

The house was perfect for my 50th Birthday celebration with 7 friends. The pool was nice and relaxing. The location was perfectly placed between the beach and downtown so it was walkable in all directions. We had an issue during our stay, but Valeria quickly responded and handled everything. It is located on a main street so there is some traffic noise but everything else made it worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alejandra and Rodrigo's residence! It was very clean upon entry, and they were quick to respond to any and all messages we had. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay at this clean and comfortable Airbnb. The main house was very comfortable for me and my daughter. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Living room: comfy couch, fun swivel chairs ; smart TV so I could log into my own streaming services. Kitchen: Well stocked - finding utensils was not obvious, but we found them - look for 2 hidden drawers. Very efficient space, dishwasher, nice sink, nice counter space. Elec stove, microwave, etc. Some appliances too, which we didn't use. Bedrooms: Comfy beds, very comfy linens, blackout shades (which I love), ample closet & storage space. Bathroom: very nice with ample storage and good enough pressure. Extra suite - we did not use this, as there are only 2 of us, but was well furnished and nicely done. Would be a nice mother-in-law suite or good for an extra couple looking for some privacy. Backyard: A true oasis - lush vegetation, perfect pool (good temp), ample seating, nice lighting, etc. This place is a true gem!

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Eine sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem, was man auf 2 Ebenen zum Leben benötigt. Das Appartement liegt in sehr schöner, ruhiger, sicherer, privater Lage: Southbeach Marina und Boardwalk, South Pointe Park, Walgreens, Target und Publix, (sehr) gute Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Russell ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der proaktiv, umfassend und superschnell informiert und reagiert. Auch der vorhandene Parkplatz für ein Auto in der zum Haus gehörenden Garage ist top. Insgesamt sind das Appartement, die Lage und der Gastgeber sehr zu empfehlen.

Wow ! What a tropical paradise ! My husband says it is your ‘private oasis’. We felt right at home . Both Paola and Benoit greeted us with smiles and tips and were readily available for anything we needed. The cottage is so cozy and cute . But the cherry on top of it all is the yard . The pool is lovely and the yard is enclosed when a variety of palm trees and tropical plants . It is completely private with a tropical cabana. We had quiet , sunshine and water . What more could you ask . Oh … how about the ocean and beach only a short car drive away . We left feeling rested and relaxed !

Judy’s place was just as described. Love the extra snacks and coffee bar. Access to the pool was a nice touch.

Great place to stay. Close to airport and great host.
