We had a lovely stay at Jose Maria’s place. Unfortunately we were particularly unlucky with the weather but this would be an excellent place for a spring or summer holiday. I would recommend using a mosquito repellent when hanging out near the pool area.

I'm just back from a very enjoyable 4 day break with my wife and 11 year old daughter. The host is very communicative, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need to have a great time. We hired a car to get us in and out of Benidorm or Alicante, and for trips to the supermarket and local shops (5 minute drive). I would highly recommend - we will absolutely be returning!

Wat hebben we genoten van ons korte verblijf. Mooie appartement met een leuke inrichting. Groot terras met een jacuzzi. Echt een pluspunt. Mooi uitzicht over de skyline van Benidorm. Het lijkt net klein New York. Veel faciliteiten in de buurt. Groot winkelcentrum en Benidorm in de buurt. Maar ook als uitvalbasis als je Altea, Calpe of Moraira wil bezoeken. Het is fijn dat je op een beveiligd terrein zit. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Es war unglaublich schön,sauber,ruhig und gemütlich.Der Juan war immer hilfsbereit und ist immer schnell auf unsete fragen geantwortet,danke sehr. Ich empfehle euch alle,ihr müsst unbedingt die wochnung buchen,es ist mega schön. Wir werden wieder kommen.

We've just returned home.Had a fantastic stay.Apartment was beautiful.Amazing views , Spotlessly, clean and tidy has everything you need for a stay and I mean everything. I would give 6 stars, but you only Have the option for 5. If there was only one thing to recommend, it would be a smoke and carbon monoxide. alarm.

Siamo stati 22 giorni con la mia famiglia e ci siamo davvero divertiti e tutto come è descrito la casa! Non mancava nulla ! Sicuramente ci torneremo 😀

Super miejsce, świetna lokalizacja, piękna okolica , bliskość morza i promenady , widok na morze , piękny apartament czysty, bogato wyposażony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Krzysztof jest super gospodarzem . Gdy kolejny raz będziemy w Benidormie na pewno tu wrócimy !

Todo fenomenal, la única pega que hemos visto es falta de equipación en la cocina, como por ejemplo, bolsas de basura, papel de cocina... Y en el baño más rollos de papel. Por lo demás todo fenomenal, estancia de 10. Repetiremos.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with a large fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, a large balcony with plenty of seating and the hot tub. The balcony gets the sun in the morning so great to sit out there first thing in the morning. A beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools in the apartments area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. A well laid out living room with table to play games or eat. There is nothing to find fault with this apartment at all, and it has 24 hour security, a fully equipped gym near the pools and basement parking. And of course the host Jorge is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I got the chance.

Desde el primer contacto, tu amabilidad y simpatía han podido compensar este final de febrero tan poco benévolo que nos ha acompañado estos días. En cualquier caso, vuestro apartamento es un lugar privilegiado donde disfrutar del mar y de una naturaleza que te envuelve desde esa maravillosa terraza. A pesar de todo y gracias a tus indicaciones y consejos hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia tranquila y apacible en un apartamento que cuenta con todas las comodidades.

Se trata de un piso/depto como parte de varios similares por el mismo ingreso, cada uno con su terraza privada y una piscina y jardin compartidos. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el de abajo que se ve en las fotos de los balcones. Las vistas son preciosas, los anfitriones super atentos y respondian rapidisimo. El piso esta lindisimamente decorado, es funcional y acogedor al mismo tiempo. Pudimos aparcar siempre en la calle. Recomendamos mucho ir en coche, no sólo porque toda la zona tiene subidas sino incluso para ir a la playa o pasear por la zona.

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Piso impecable, nos hemos sentido con en casa, no faltaba absolutamente nada en la casa. tessa la chica que nos recibío fue muy maja y atenta en todo momento, las zonas comunes son increibles, las vistas desde la terraza tambien. Volveremos sin duda.

Eine saubere schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Stef. La résidence est incroyable. Plusieurs piscine à disposition sont une intérieur. Le complexe dispose vraiment de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Stef est toujours très réactifs! Grâce à ce logement, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Definitv zu empfehlen. Mit den Freunden oder der Familie, es hat alles gepasst. Gastgeberin und Service vor Ort waren einfach nur Super! Sehr schöne Liegenschaft und eine tolle Ausicht auf Albir und Altea. Wir werden hier definitiv noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

Heerlijke tijd gehad in het prachtige appartement van Yan. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Zeker 5 sterren waard!

Fantástica casa de pueblo con todo lo necesario para cocinar y disfrutar de sus terrazas en familia. Estuvimos en agosto, en plena ola de calor, y la casa era fresca y agradable. La piscina municipal está a un minuto a pie. 100% recomendable.

Manuela a été une haute aux petits soins avec nous et très professionnel. Nous avons été accueilli avec une boîte à friandises, des boissons etc. La maison était propre et nous a permis d’être en immersion totale dans une maison traditionnelle aux couleurs du pays, chaques détails de la maison a été réfléchie. Ça a été un plaisir de séjourner chez elle, encore merci Manuela. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour agréable chez Parvaneh , exactement comme sur les photos : très belle maison fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaires . +++ pour l’extérieur , très beau jardin entretenu,la piscine était très agréable avec une eau tiède à chaque baignade . Vue magnifique en hauteur sur Denia et apaisante autour du monte pego . Quartier très calme et tous est à proximité (à 10-15 min en voiture : plage , restaurant , supermarché … ) . La plage de Denia est très calme , parking collé à la plage avec des places toujours disponibles , parfait avec des enfants . De Denia , possibilité de visiter plusieurs villes et plages à 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom…) Nous remercions Parvaneh pour sa disponibilité , de nous avoir fournis un lit bébé et de s’être adaptée lors de notre changement de jour de départ .

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

La casa está genial,mejor que en las fotos. Camas muy cómodas , cocina muy buen equipada y zonas comunes geniales. La zona de la piscina,en verano,debe ser increíble. Volveremos!
