What a beautiful and comfortable house. All the bedrooms, including the loft have fully functional air-conditioning. The house was spotless and Jeff is an amazing house boy. We had a great time. The Xai Xai Eco estate is safe with security guards on duty so we never felt unsafe. The location is great close to beaches and restaurants. Anton responded quickly to all our questions. This house is highly recommended by our group! A huge thank you to Anton and Jeff.

La casa es muy acogedora, sus propietarios están siempre dispuestos a colaborar y la persona que se encarga de mantenerla es excelente en su trabajo y está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. Eso sí, tienes que tener en cuenta que está bastante aislada y que necesitarás vehículo para llegar a los lugares de compras más cercanos. Paseando unos dos kilómetros puedes llegar a algunos restaurantes de bastante buena calidad y precio o a la población donde hay un pequeño mercado local donde comprar algunas verduras, bebidas o pan, pero todo muy limitado. Es una maravilla

Most beautiful place with great sea views and very comfortable living. House is well equipped with all mod con's. Swimming pool was a great treat. walking distance to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Fantastic views of the ocean. The patio and deck were enjoyable to spend time. Very friendly resort staff came by daily to check on our stay. Our kids loved it.

Fantastic location with the most amazing view. Really enjoyed the pool-like swimming on the left side of the beach. Go there early morning to explore the rocks! There are some beautiful coral reefs! Order some fresh seafood, mango and coconut with the amazing staff and have a yummy stay. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly. We found some irregularities upon arrival but this was quickly sorted with great service afterwards by the wonderful Fina and Giuseppe. We had an issue with our car and the host Rianna assisted us so kindly. Had a beautiful holiday. The host was exceptionally responsive, helpful and kind. She even checked up on us on the arrival and departure journey until we reached home. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at Ericka´s place. We went at casa ria instead of Bella vista, but it was very nice. The house is clean, and cosy, the view amazing and the place quiet. Very clear instructions to find out the adress and the guy at the reception was nice and helpful. Would recommend 100%

I had an amazing stay at Suzanne’s beautiful home! The house is stunning, well-maintained, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking beachfront view—it was truly mesmerizing to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Suzanne was a fantastic host, kind and helpful, providing clear information about the location and how to get around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. I would love to return in the future!
