L’emplacement du logement est privilégié, en surplomb sur la mer avec une vue dégagée, très calme et reposant, ensoleillement optimal. La région est intéressante et authentique avec des très beaux sites naturels et des jolies bourgades environnantes. Les hôtes sont accueillants et ont réussi à proposer un logement très cosy et confortable avec de belles fournitures de qualité.

Ηταν ενα ανετο σπιτακι με αυλή σαν μονοκατοικία αυτόνομο ολα μεσα ηταν καθαρα τακτοποιημενα και καποια βασικα οπως καφέ μαρμελάδα μακαρονια για ενα γρήγορο φαγητό! Επίσης ειναι φιλικό περιβάλλον για ζωακια ! Φροντιζουν μια γατουλα στην αυλη η όποια καλωσορίζει με γουργουριτα χαρας τον κοσμο ! Μπράβο που φροντίζετε τα αδέσποτα!!! Σιγουρα θα ξανα ερθουμε ! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το καταλύμα ειναι πολυ ζεστος χώρος φιλόξενος σαν το σπιτι μας εχει τζακι και ωραια κερακια γύρω γύρω βιβλια να διαβασεις καποια είδη για μπανιο κρεμες πιστολακι μπατονετες κτλ...ιντερνέτ και τηλεόραση και κλιματιστικά 2! Ήσυχο μερος σαν γειτονιά. Πολύ κοντα στο αεροδρόμιο! 10 λεπτα !

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα, τακτοποιημένο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, είχε ότι χρειάζεται κανείς, "κουκλίστικο" θα έλεγα...!!! Σίγουρα όταν ξαναέρθουμε στην Αθήνα θα προσπαθήσουμε να κλείσουμε το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι...!! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας...Η επικοινωνία με τον σπιτονοικοκύρη τον Κώστα ήταν άψογη...Ευχαριστούμε για όλα...!!!

Iason was a fantastic host!!!.. We adored our stay at his place… The beds were comfortable, we had more than enough room, and all other amenities were as expected!!.. Highly recommend Iason’s property for your Athens vacation!!

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees. I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout my stay. Laertis and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the metro station, acropolis museum, Syntagma Square, Acropolis of Athens and so much more. Overall, i had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Laertis, and Sofia’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.

Zhana was an amazing host. Contacted us weeks before to arrange a ride to and from the airport. Also checked in on us to make sure we had rides places. The place was extremely clean. It was a great location! We were made to feel right at home right way and made sure we were always comfortable! The hot tub was fabulous and worked great! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
