Ağustos ayı içinde üç kişilik ailemizle bir hafta geçirdik. Gümüşlük'ün sakin sessiz bir köşesinde bahçe içinde, üst katı misafirler için ayrılıp tam tekmil düzenlenmiş, müstakil iki katlı bir evdi kaldığımız yer. Ev sahiplerimiz güler yüzlü, dost canlısı, misafirperver insanlardı. Güzel bir tatil oldu bizim için. Her zaman gönül rahatlığıyla dostlarıma, arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer olarak aklımda kalacaktır.

I had an amazing stay at Özlem’s place! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and kind—providing super clear check-in instructions, checking in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything, and making sure everything went smoothly until check-out. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering stunning sea views while also facing mountains and greenery. It’s incredibly peaceful, especially in the mornings—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What truly sets this place apart is how well-equipped it is. This isn’t just a typical Airbnb with the bare minimum; it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Honestly, this is probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Schön ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto/Roller wird dringend benötigt. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man sollte aber nicht größer als 1,80m sein, da es eine Tiny-House-Bauweise ist. Das Bett war etwas hart, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

La casa di Kalliopi è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Noi eravamo due adulti ed un bambino ma gli spazi ampi sono adatti comodamente a quattro adulti. Kalliopi è stata gentilissima. Tutto quello che ci ha fornito per il soggiorno è migliore di tanti hotel quattro stelle. Il villaggio è al centro dell’isola per cui ogni spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile. Ringraziamo Kalliopi che in questa settimana ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Se potremo torneremo sicuramente da Kalliopi.

Alex is een hele vriendelijke man. Bij aankomst stond hij al op ons te wachten en gaf ons een rondleiding door het huisje. Het huisje was erg schoon en Alex had van alles voor ons in de koelkast gelegd. Ook de shampoo en douchegel waren vrij te gebruiken. Het zithoekje zit precies in de schaduw waardoor je lekker kan afkoelen met de warme temperaturen. Alex reageert snel op je berichten en is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam! We hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld en raden dit huisje zeker aan!

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Das Airbnb ist einmalig. Es liegt in einem verlassenen Bergdorf in Ruinen mitten in der Natur. Man ist dort meistens alleine. Bzw alleine mit Schafen, Ziegen und Katzen. Es ist wunderschön, abseits vom Trubel und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Donnerstag bis Sonntag ist in der Taverne direkt nebenan Livemusik. Das ist schön, aber wirklich laut und geht bis 2-3 Uhr morgens. Darüber wurden wir aber vorher informiert. Klare Kommunikation und kein Minuspunkt, man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass es an diesen Tagen laut wird. Ansonsten hat das Airbnb alles, was man braucht. Einfach, aber schön. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Kos und kommen gerne wieder. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, dem ich jedem empfehlen würde!

Ev merkeze yakın ama aslında köy hayatı yaşamanıza izin veriyor. Sabah horoz sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz akşam yıldızları seyredebilirsiniz. Açıkçası kos ta gezmekten çok evde vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tüm olanaklar var temizlik sorunu yok evde çamaşır makinesi bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Malzeme alırsanız dışarda yemenize gerek yok. Aslında eski bir ev bazı eşyalar da eski ama çok keyifli. Bolca tabak bardak var çok kişi kalacak olursanız da. Üst kattaki teras da çok keyifliydi. Markete vs gitmek için şehre yaklaşmalısınız ama bence şehirde kalmaktansa burası muhteşem. Biraz fiyat fazla geldi bize ordan puan kırdım sadece:(

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και αγορά. Η κυρία Μένη ευγενεστατη, πάντα διαθέσιμη οπότε την αναζητήσαμε και πολύ φιλόξενη. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και εννοείται θα ξαναμεινω. Χίλια μπράβο!!🙂

Dimi was a great host and gave us brilliant recommendations! His place was perfect for us to go out and discover Kos, we really enjoyed our time. Our stay was made even better by all sorts of amenities available (spare suncream, masks for swimming in the sea) and Dimi was very kind. Highly recommend!

Alp was such a great host! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond with tons of awesome recommendations for local spots to eat and explore. We felt really taken care of and would absolutely stay here again!

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

Die Wohnung ist neu und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar und die Kommunikation freundlich und nett. Dankeschön nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Jenny’nin evi her anlamda harikaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Tüm odalar ve banyo tertemizdi. Konum olarak beachlere, restoranlara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kendisi bizi harika ağırladı ve bize özel küçük sürprizler hazırladı. Onunla tanıştığımıza çok mutluyuz. Şimdiye kadarki en güzel airbnb deneyimimizdi ❤️

effi and alain were really nice and friendly hosts! always good communication. aprtment was very clean and in the heart of kos town. we really enjoyed our stay.

We had wonderful days in Kos. The airbnb was very central and well equipped. The contact with Dimitra was super lovely and although we didn’t meet in person she made us feel at home. Thank you for having us! We definitely recommend this great apartment.

Check in und Check out liefen super. Der Zustand sowie Lage und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft sind top! Man wird mit einem Willkommensgeschenk aus Getränken und Früchten begrüßt. In der Küche findet man alles um auch eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft um in Kos Urlaub zu machen.

Perfekt boende i centrum av Kos stad, vi trivdes jättebra under våra 4 veckor i oktober/november. Välstädat, välutrustat kök, tvättmaskin, lungt, rymligt, bra bredband, trevlig balkong och ett trevligt bemötande av Manolis och hans fru. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är på Kos.

Уютная, чистая , красивая квартира со всем необходимым для проживания. Очень удобное месторасположение в 5-10 минутах ходьбы до центра, пляжа, магазинов, ресторанчиков и всего , что поможет провести отпуск великолепно. Ilias очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин. Мы прекрасно провели свой отпуск.
