This is our third time staying here. We love this place. Anytime we come to Ellensburg to see family this is our go to!

This was our second stay at this location...and will NEVER consider any other. The property is PERFECT in ALL ways: Location, management, amenities, convenience. I mentioned Location...have to mention it again, spacious with wonderful views from every room. Management, have to mention it again: Joe and Susan are awesome managers and hosts of their properties!

Take a step back into time at this beautiful mid century home. We enjoyed our stay here. The home was very spacious in all areas, and laid out well. Home has lots of character that you just don’t see nows days. Tons of natural light. Nice private back yard and a nice patios that overlooks. Would definitely stay here again.

I felt very safe and cozy in The Nest. I slept great, the bed was comfortable, and the house is unique and charming.

We stayed here for our annual fishing trip. The hosts were amazing and left us a thank you card with a lovely bottle of wine. We were having such a great time, we added another day to our trip! We would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barb’s place! It was idyllic. The whole place was comfortably clean, looked just like the pictures, and they even went above and beyond leaving us some sourdough bread and raspberry jam as a welcome gift. Farm-fresh eggs, too! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Check out and check in were easy. We felt right at home on this little quiet farm. It was a great place to stay that while seeing some concerts in the gorge. A farther drive than some gorge options, but absolutely the best value considering the great cost for the amenities given. Barb was a very responsive host. There were just a few flies buzzing about, but hey, that’s what you get being in the country! I’m very happy with our stay experience and would stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Yakima. This hike felt safe, we took walks, parking was offered off the street and it seemed to be within ten minutes of everything we needed to go to. The carriage house is tiny, but perfect. It was nice having a refrigerator and items for the kitchen. The bathroom had lovely heated floors and an amazing shower. The host was very responsive to anything we needed. The only item I would be aware of is that the downstairs of the carriage house is occupied as well and the sound carries, so if you’re looking for a romantic getaway this might not be the place you’re looking for. We were there for the basketball state tournament so it worked wonderfully for us. We would definitely book this again.

Perfect location for a concert at the gorge! Only a few minute drive away. And if you plan to stay longer, there are many fun things to do along the river in the Sunland community. I would definitely recommend this property. Ronna was so nice and very helpful!

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely folks. Accommodating to little requests that I had to make my stay more comfortable there (adjusting the water heater, turning off outside lights at night, getting me fresh towels and linens as needed and requested). I would stay there again for sure

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is the third time we have stayed and every time seems more enjoyable than the last. The location is great, it is close to everything. Ben is reachable and responds quickly if you have any questions or need recommendations. It is such a welcoming, cosy place. It is stocked with amenities. We have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Loved our stay! Great central location, beautifully decorated. Clean and efficient-small, but perfect for 2. There is some late night noise from the neighboring bar, but you can call the non emergency line for the police department and complain. Would stay again.

Great location in Sunland. Very close to the Gorge Amphitheater. Comfortable place to stay with a gorgeous view! We were in the area for a concert at the Gorge and this place was perfect. Sunland even has a shuttle service that picks you up from the house and gets you to the Gorge and back after the concert. Very fun night. Thank you very much.

We love the property: peaceful, pleasant , safe,close to family that we visit,convenient. Always treated great by our host. This is second time to be on the property when visiting Yakima. When we come for our next visit hope to stay again at Oakshire. Thank you Faith!

An awesome place to stay for visiting Mount Rainier NP in Late July -early August. Very close to Sunrise and Paradise entrance (if road is open). 45 mins to Enumclaw to get food and supplies. The unit is very nice & clean, well-maintained and have a full kitchen for us to utilize. What we love so much is the view! From wherever you are in the property, it is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. And if you get lucky you might be able to see wild animals around the property. We saw a whole family of deers very near to the property on one of late evenings of our stay.

The place to stay if you want to ski Crystal Mountain. Walkable to the gondola and a few restaurants there.

Host made us feel really welcome. Slightly complicated because I needed to book 2 x units. However, host made the process uncomplicated, was very helpful & responsive to communications and a pleasure to liaise with. Units were comfortable, well located and had all required facilities. Perfect choice for skiing in Crystal Mountain

Amazing location next to Crystal Mountain. We are typically skiers but summer at Crystal is just as fun with hiking comparable to nearby Mt. Rainier. Note also amazing access to Sunrise side of Rainier. We were a couple with a 4 year old and there was plenty of room for us and probably could have accommodated 2-3 more people. Added plus there is a family of 5 foxes living outside (July 2019) and you could blow the entire day watching the cubs play. Not to mention amazing number of bird species hanging out on the balcony and row of trees just outside. One recommendation is to download the location on a map if this is your first time to Crystal as phone service is spotty in the area outside of Crystal ( great at the condo) and the mapping services (Apple and Google) send you down a dirt road a couple miles away. Also note the condo has tons of amenities that aren’t listed including coffee makers and coffee grinder and every kitchen utensil you could ever need. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and had everything we needed for a weekend ski trip! Hope to come back!
