This place is great for families. It is close to restaurants. The host is very proactive in making sure that you’re safely checked in and provides clear instruction. Check-in: Host will send you the direction of apartment. Once there, he/she will send you the key code. The apartment is in the 2nd floor. The building is a little bit old/outdated but the apartment itself is great. Shout out to Nobu for being a great host!

Cleanest accommodations that you’ll find in Japan! We had an extremely easy time checking into our stay. Everything was very organized and there was many different amenities that make your entire stay very convenient. 2 different heaters with an additional conventional one. There were also great feet warmers that you could use during the winter! Best part was the EXCELLENT view of Mt.Fuji! Would 100% recommend this!

첫 가와구치코 여행을 행복하게 만들어주었던 숙소가 있었기에 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 난방기구가 많아서 절대 춥지 않았고 처음 체크인 할 때 번역기와 함께 설명해주셔서 모든 내부 시설 쉽게 잘 사용할 수 있었습니다. 너무나도 깨끗한 시설에 두툼한 이불과 통창에 쇼파에 깨끗한 욕실이 또 재방문 하고 싶게 만들었습니다!

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

This was a great little unit, and a very homely feel. Ranka and Aoi were extremely helpful and very quick with responses. Supermarkets were very close, and the variety of transport options made it very easy to get around and explore. We found the area very quiet (our visit was over the Christmas period), and appreciated not being in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Our main reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, which turned out to be very easy to get to on the bus and train. We really enjoyed the Sumida area and would definitely stay here again! Spent a couple nights in this quaint AirBnB in February. It was conveniently located close to the train station which made getting around easy! Host was very responsive!

Place felt like home, even though the shower was outside the other room it still clean and well kept view was amazing too. host was responsive and helpful too

電車がすぐ近くを通るので夜中まで電車の騒音は聞こえます。でも、うるさくて眠れないと言うほどではありませんでした。 新宿からも程よい距離なので過ごしやすかったです。 ありがとうございました。

Muy buen apartamento, limpio y espacioso, a 12 minutos andando de la estación donde hay supermercado, restaurantes, etc. y en 45 min de tren estas en el centro de Tokyo. En 10 minutos de tren estas en zonas muy comerciales como Machida o Hachioji. Zona muy tranquila ideal para descansar despues de un dia de turismo. El primer día el propietario te espera a la hora de llegada (vive en el piso de abajo) y te explica como funciona todo, desde el agua caliente, la lavadora, el climatizador, etc. Al no tener ninguna incidencia no ha habido interactuación directa posterior pero es rapido respondiendo correos. No está en el centro de Tokyo, pero se agradece la tranquilidad. Repetiría seguro.

Great place to shut down, it's right next to the river so you've got a great place to run right outside. The nearby temple is very pretty, especially a night if you're looking for a great shot, it's dimly lit by warm and diffused light. In my personal opinion, it's better than anything I saw in Kyoto, though maybe I'm biased because here, I could actually take a photo without at least 50 people being in it haha. It's right next to the tracks, I am extremely sensitive to noise so I'm surprised that I was almost completely unbothered by the trains even without ear plugs, at night it was a non issue. Just don't sleep with the window open, I was here in the middle of winter so that was never even a consideration. However if you sat inside all day, it could get annoying, like a neighbour mowing their grass all day. Rickie was nothing but an absolute gentleman, I have nothing negative to say about him.
