This was a great little unit, and a very homely feel. Ranka and Aoi were extremely helpful and very quick with responses. Supermarkets were very close, and the variety of transport options made it very easy to get around and explore. We found the area very quiet (our visit was over the Christmas period), and appreciated not being in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Our main reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, which turned out to be very easy to get to on the bus and train. We really enjoyed the Sumida area and would definitely stay here again! Uncle Rabbit is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is also decent and conveniently located near a convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops.

Aya was the perfect host! As foreigners we weren’t able to call taxis and she was more than helpful with helping us get around by calling the taxis for us. She was always fast to respond and had great recommendations for things to do in the area! Her place was very cozy and clean! Would definitely book again if we are in Fuji!

This Airbnb rests atop a peaceful hill that was a short and healthy exercise upward. The station was very close by and goes both east and west toward Hakone and Odawara within only 10 minutes. The Airbnb had all the amenities and more; we felt at home immediately checking in! Host was helpful, proactive, and welcoming with their messages and communications!

Although the area is a little far out from the city center of Tōkyō, it is very beautiful and still very easy to commute to and from areas with the train station only a 12 minute walk away from this airbnb! I loved the view of Mount Fuji from the room, and Max is very response and quick to help. We asked for an extra blanket during our stay, and was immediately given one that night and overall we had a very great stay :) Perfect if you want to be in a more peaceful, nature area that still has access to local restaurants and stations! Would stay again in the future!

The listing was a great location! There is a beautiful view of Fuji Mountain and the location is also close to a lot of the main attractions near Fujikawaguchiko, the location is also spacious and well put together. Only things I would say are that the walls are thin, so the train passing by and the other guests can sometimes be loud. Its also extremely tight, so if you’re driving be aware of the road coming in. Otherwise, would recommend this place! Felt right at home and the mountains are beautiful.

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation and had an amazing experience. The place looks exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Each room has its own toilet and hot shower, which was perfect for our big group. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this accommodation is ideal for large groups looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Das Haus ist unglaublich toll und modern eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Sicht auf Mt. Fuji ist wunderbar, man sitzt am Esstisch, auf dem Balkon oder auf dem Sofa und kann ihn bestaunen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a great stay at this house in a typical Japanese neighbourhood. As a family of five (with children aged 6, 8 and 10), we spent 10 nights here and were absolutely satisfied. The layout of the house, with two floors and separate bedrooms and a large dining and living room, as well as a parking space in front of the house, made it very comfortable. We felt at home and liked the short distances to a great bakery, supermarkets and parks with playgrounds and great views of Mount Fuji. Yuko is a great hostess who answered all our questions about the house and the area and went above and beyond to support us, even with a health issue one of our family members had during the stay. If we were to come back to Ninomiya in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Fuji view and very comfortable beds and spacious living area with a huge TV for great movie evenings! We enjoy our stay a lot! Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch, die Gastfreundschaft die wir von Shoko-san erfahren haben, haben wir so noch nie gesehen! Ich kann allen nur empfehlen diese Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt am Fuji zu besuchen.

Great house, spacious with a gorgeous view. A bit of a walk from popular locations at Lake Kawaguchiko but near to a shuttle bus stop! Would recommend.

先ず、出発前に備品や消耗品の量など細かな質問までさせていただいたのですが、いずれも素早く丁寧な回答をいただき、ストレス無く旅の準備ができました。 アクセスについては、今回私たちは、ロマンスカーで箱根湯本まで移動して、 箱根湯本駅からは箱根登山バスを利用しました。最寄りの葛原のバス停から別荘は3分程で、箱根の各観光地への移動も快適でした。 お部屋は清潔で、おしゃれな家具や小物で統一されており、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごせました。 寒さが厳し時期なので、少し心配していましたが、機密性の高い部屋と、空調・床暖房のおかげで寒さの心配は全くありませんでした。 楽しみにしていた温泉も湯量豊富で、適度にとろみのある泉質が素晴らしく、滞在中何度も入らせていただきました。 お部屋がすっきりと整頓されているので、滞在後の片付けも容易で、ゴミ袋やゴミ箱も使い易く整えられており、大変スムーズでした。 とても快適で満足度の高い滞在でした。ありがとうございます。

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. House is so big, you get a small movie theater, you have an outdoor wood hotbath. Personally way much better than ryokans. Just don’t forget to bring lots of drinks and food. There’s no mart near.
