I definetely recommend this place for everyone who plans to visit Fuji! It takes 17 minutes from kawaguchiko station by walk. K's house super clean, the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The lounge is also cozy and very clean! You can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji while sitting in the lounge too🫶🏻

Très bel endroit. C’est un lieu magique sortie d’un film. Les espaces communs sont superbes et pratiques. Les alentours sont sublimes. Il y a des petits restaurants à proximité. Et le plus, sortir avec la vue sur le Mont Fuji. Le seul petit truc, en réservant j’ai pris un chambre pour deux mais apparemment pour un voyageur. J’ai donc du payer un supplément pour mon époux (~60€).

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Saruya, the place is so peaceful and decorated to a fantastic specification. We spent a really cosy evening here, and were lucky enough to get a peak of Fuji both days! If you’re up for it, get up early to beat the crowds for the view of Fuji from the street outside the hostel, and then walk up to Chureito Pagoda! The host allowed us to relax in the communal space for a while following our checkout which was greatly appreciated. If you’re planning on visiting Fuji, Saruya is a must stay.

He pasado una estancia agradable en el albergue. Alojamiento espacioso equipado con todo lo que hace falta. Vistas del monte Fuji increíbles.

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

Great place to stay in Fujiyoshida!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check-In hat super funktioniert und das Personal war freundlich. Alles war sehr sauer und wir würden wiederkommen.

I like the place. The view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop at sunrise and sunset is amazing. The mattress has the tempur pedic feel. I slept on a single pod/bunk bed at the floor level. The space of the bunk bed is not suffocating. I was able to open my carry on luggage on the space near my bed. The bunk bed has a curtain for privacy. Place is clean. Shower room and toilets are clean. I was lucky that my roommates were respectful of each other and were quiet. I slept on a dorm style and capsule before and some guests doesn’t respect quiet time at all. I slept well here for sure. Coffee at the kitchen is good. English speaking staff. Didn’t cook but the place is well equipped to cook/prepare own food. Has spacious dining and lounging area. Only downside is, it is quite far from Kawaguchiko station. If in group, taking a cab will be worth it. I was by myself and walked and took a cab as well. Staff will help calling for a cab. Will stay again for sure.

어른 3명, 아이 2명이 머물렀습니다. 이 숙소는 정말 최고였어요. 다른 것보다 이불과 매트리스는 정말 피로를 회복하는데 최고였습니다. 주차장도 2군데에 있어서 편리했고, 건물도 깨끗했습니다. 또한 후지산이 바로 보여서 행복했습니다. 체크인 과정도 원활했고 화장실이나 샤워시설도 깨끗했고, 샴푸 등도 향이 좋았습니다. 게스트하우스이다보니 조금의 소음은 있었지만, 잠자는 것을 방해하지는 않았어요. 도쿄 시내에서 받은 4일간의 피로를 다 회복할만한 하룻밤이었습니다. 좋은시설과 서비스 감사합니다.

This accomodation is located at a very convenient spot near Kawaguchiko which makes travelling with public transport very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and sightseeing spots around including the famous Hikawa clock shop which is 5 minutes walk from the hostel. I used a private room this time and it is clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and provided all the amenities that I needed. The cost of staying at this hostel is much cheaper than other accommodations in the area, especially during peak seasons, making it a no brainer for anyone who's on a tighter budget. The only downside is that you couldn't see mount Fuji directly outside the window but that's just nitpicking really. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall this is one of the best accomodation I've stayed in near mount Fuji and I would definitely use it again in the future when I revisit Yamanashi.

Japan heart rental place is quite comfortable and relaxing. They have all the amenities and room is quite big. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with essential pots and pans and other gadgets. Refrigerator was filled with different kinds of sauces , dressings and Mayonnaise. Over all we had a comfortable stay. I would like to add one more which the owner forget or didn’t realize it. Early morning at the sunrise time you can see Mount Fuji clearly from the washing area. I think every penny is worth spending on this property. This property is run by an elderly couple. They are so sweet and helpful. Always pick the phone and answer our querry.
