Nice location just 10-15 mins drive away from city centre. Nearest 7eleven is just 7-8 mins walk. Though its on sewage canal, you dont feel any smell within apartment once you enter in. Best part is they have mini table tennis, pool table, fooseball & disc hockey and plenty of board game so you dont feel bored at all. Pool is small around 10 feet so max 2 ppl. Rest everything was perfect and recommend to stay.

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

非常不错的体验，非常适合朋友们多人出行居住，房间很大，周边夜晚宁静，室内设施也非常齐全，对于中国游客非常友好的配有麻将🀄️屋内还有按摩椅，真的是太棒了！

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

Beautiful place and value for money! As it was near the BTS we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our requests as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. :)

I stayed at Yolradee's house for a month, and it was fabulous. A sweet, spacious house, updated with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Comfortable bed and linens, great AC and fans, and a good kitchen. The style of decor was minimalist, yet warm and cozy. The house is located in a local area with many local restaurants around. Easy access to BTS Saint Louis - an 8-10 minute walk or a 2 minute motorcycle ride. Grab bookings are easy to the house location too. The house is just one stop from the riverside and about 3 stops from the Siam, the central shopping area. The house is located in a local , with a timeless feel, yet very accessible to all the places you need to go. --I really enjoyed my stay and have nothing but positive things to say!

Great place for a large family gathering. Convenient to Sky Train and Sukhumvit area. Would book it again!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

had a great stay during our business trip in thailand, full of amenities and all amenities and facilities are in good conditions. the location is around 5 minutes walk to nearest bts station, on nut. which connected to shopping places, so it's easy to find something you need especially food. host also really ensure our stay is comfortable and always responsive. overall enjoy our stay especially the massage chair.

A wonderful place with soul and atmosphere. Great location! One of the main attractions is simply sitting on the balcony, waving to tourists, and watching monitor lizards. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended! 🫶

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.
