We all enjoyed our stay at this residence. Place had a really nice outdoor area. Open concept layout and felt at home bathrooms really nice upstairs. Quiet community a place to relax

Great host, great house, great location! This is a very private house that is not far from town, only 20 minutes from the ferry. The house is clean, well appointed and spacious. It’s right on the water which gives hours of enjoyable relaxing both day and night. Speaking of night, you haven’t seen a night sky like this, it’s really amazing! This home was the perfect temporary home base for me and my family as we explored southern Nova Scotia. The host is excellent at communicating clearly. My family of 4 was more than comfortable during our stay here. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

I wrote this while on GCI! Enjoy! The Winds changed without a word. The Wind changed and so did the temperature down seven degrees. It had been so quiet. It had taken a little time to get used to the silence once we arrived on the island. Eventually the silence was replaced by a constant easterly wind as the September temperature reminded me that summer here was wanning. Fall begins today, right on que and even though I felt in isolation I did not feel alone, as the winds, for sure, were making sounds like peoples chatter and for a moment I had to turn my head and listen to make sense of the mystery and the wonder I've experienced through mother nature. Our group was extremely happy to find this gem for accommodations for the Wharf Rat Rally! We had 3 1/2 couples in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us and our gear. It is located realtively close to Digby and the ride to and from was absolutely wonderful! We were happy to find plenty of rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms and a diningroom large enough to fit us all. The property and views were beautiful as well. It was a great place to relax after a long day of riding. Last but not least, our hosts were amazing! They made sure our stay was the best! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We know we got a gem of a location during the off season for Arcadia. The location was close enough for us to walk to a lot of different places. The recommendations for local food and coffee was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding host by far, we had some staff stay about a month ago at Martha's home. They loved it so much they requested to go back when returning to Barrington passage. Even though it was a 3 night minimum she worked with us to accommodate for the time needed and even called me personally to work out something for us. what amazing customer service, could not of have had a better host than Martha. THANK YOU, keep doing what you are doing. ☺

lovely family home. Had every thing you would need. rules are explicit. it may be helpful to know that the one bathroom is on the second floor.Although family is not in the area, they were responsive in a short period of time. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Such a cool place to stay! Robert’s place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Super easy walk into downtown Yarmouth for food and shops. Would highly recommend to other travelers, especially if you need a kitchen or some space to spread out!

We really enjoyed Sandy's Hidden Treasure apartment. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and all of Bar Harbor, including the supermarket and shuttle bus stop. The location is excellent for getting in and out of town without being snarled in congested downtown traffic. The off-street parking is a huge advantage because parking in town is a nightmare. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. We slept well and were not bothered by noise from the street or bars. The heat worked well, and the hot water was plentiful. We enjoyed the feeling of coming home to our cozy, private retreat after days of hiking in Acadia. We offer a few notes, not complaints, to other travelers. This apartment is not well suited to large people. The bedroom is tight, the doorway to the kitchen and bath is very narrow, and the vanity area is no wider than the sink itself. The garden by the door attracted many bees, which was a concern because my wife is allergic to bee stings.

We stayed at Norene's for a couple of days and we loved it there! the space was very cozy, felt like a home. It had all the amenities, the kitchen was particularly well stocked with coffee, sugar, creamers, etc. We had a bit of a trouble with the lock at the beginning but it was our fault and Norene was very helpful and very friendly helping us. The place was super well located and the area was very lively due to halloween. All in all, would recommend!

Amazing place in an amazing location. I would recommend this place to anyone that's traveling to Bar Harbor/Acadia. The host was very welcoming and the communication was great. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and very close to the park.

This duplex was very well located. We could walk to stores shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Gaylyn’s and Geddy’s. Most importantly we were a short drive to all of the trail heads in Acadia. The space was clean comfortable and there were even snacks and coffee pods. Communication and instructions were clear. We would stay here again.

Really nice place, lots of attention to detail went into putting this place together. My wife & I were very relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Def will be back !

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was amazing. Right off Main Street and totally walkable to anything in bar harbor with a parking space! It was on the right side of bar harbor to get to Acadia within 5 minutes. We loved all of the restaurants close by and the access to the park. The place was so comfortable and cozy! Beautifully decorated and warm after cold hikes in the park. We did not hear any noise at all from the hospital which is tiny compared to the hospitals in Virginia. I didn’t even notice it was there. Brianne was so kind and responsive and recommended lots of good hiking and dining options. I can’t wait to come back here again! If I could give this home 6 stars I would and I am usually a picky reviewer! We will definitely be back to the same house if we come back to Bar Harbor, which I hope we do! It’s a great base for exploring Acadia! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom was very comfortable. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

We just overnighted and it had everything we needed. The town seemed nice and friendly.. Steps to suite were in good shape but there was a lot of them. We enjoyed our stay at Shani’s

Awesome little place! perfect for a week stay. kitchen utensils are slightly lacking if you like/need to diy food but the rest of the experience was great!

We had a comfortable stay at Matsa’s in Bar Harbor. It’s walkable to all restaurants and amenities, and so close to the main attractions of Acadia National Park. The place itself was great for our group. We had two toddlers and they were also comfortable. The beds were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked, we had breakfast at the townhome all three days and we felt like after our regular grocery we had everything else to enjoy our meal— great collection of dishes and silverware, basic spices, and oil. If you enjoy coffee, get some fresh one, they have a machine to brew. The host is responsive and easy to communicate. If we come back to Bar Harbor, we’d love to stay again at Matsa’s.
