You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

This is our favorite place to stay each year. It is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is a PERFECT host.

We had a lovely stay - the hot tub was a definite highlight! Tara was super responsive and communicative and the space was super cozy. Would definitely book again.

My stay in the middle of winter was wonderful. Everything I needed was in the apartment. Had lovely walks on the beach. One day it snowed and the views were spectacular. Carolyn was very easy to reach and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Patty’s house is in such a special, peaceful place. The walk to the beach is GORGEOUS and the beach is private and beautiful. I saw seals in the surf just a few yards away, it was so lovely. It really is a sanctuary and I’d definitely go back. Also, Patty was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

The place was great. The backyard was the perfect spot to cook burgers and hang out. The space can just be a little cold outside the summer months so prepare to dress warmer.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

My large family and I had a great stay during a recent wedding in town. The house was large and offered everyone their own privacy but also extremely cozy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was expansive. Views were beautiful. We will 100% book again in the future!

Luther and Lauren's place was comfortable and private, in a beautiful setting. In the chilly weather it was warm, and had everything we needed. And, I really appreciated Luther's flexibility with check in and check out. I would definitely come back!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. Beautiful home right on the edge of a pond, 12 min north of Falmouth main drag. Very well-provisioned, two hang-out spots, perfect for families with kids who might enjoy separate space at times (as in our group). We were there over the holidays so can't speak to the beach scene, but we needed a comfy space for 9 people and this worked out even better than expected. Highly recommend!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)

Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.
