Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. This was my third stay at this beautiful apartment. Perfect location to tram to any destination in Melbourne. Lovely views & every need is covered. I will be back again for sure.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

A group of three friends stayed in March 2025 and found it a perfect base to return after a relaxing day at Alba Thermal Springs rather than return to Melbourne. We each had a bedroom and there were two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we made the most of the oven to cook and easy meal. Coles is close by for groceries and the bay is an quick an easy walk. We queried early access to place some items in the fridge and Janette was very accomodating, offering originally to meet us at the front to collect the bags as other guests were checking out, and then advising that the guests had checked out early and we could check-in due to the full clean already being completed when we arrived. We even had access to a garage to store the car overnight.

We loved staying at Debbie’s. The house is very spacious and tasteful - lots of natural lights and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard which was super private and quiet (and pet friendly). Thank you Debbie for hosting us!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

Sid was an awesome host and worked with us, he is polite and responsive as we had to extend our stay and Sid has worked with us to make our extend stay so much easier.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

1/2 block from a small park and many shops and restaraunts in Centreway. Paeceful!

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Very clean apartment and felt very secure. Great location, with a 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you right into the city. Hosts were very polite and friendly.
