La villa era come da descritto, ambiente ordinato e camere pulite. La posizione era buona anche se non facilissima da trovare, ma la comunicazione con Linda è stata impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente anche per il rapporto ottimo qualità/prezzo. Alla prossima, grazie di tutto.

Feriel et son mari sont des personnes très sympathique accueillant et chaleureux. Étant sans logement a la dernière minute à cause d une autre hôte , Feriel nous a louer le jour même son logement et nous a accompagnée au téléphone jusqu’à notre arriver. La maison est spacieuse tout à disposition avec une belle piscine devant . Si vous souhaitez un bon moment de détente au calme je vous conseille de louer . Merci à vous feriel à très bientôt .

La maison est charmante, lumineuse et bien rangée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et l'espace extérieur. L'environnement était calme. La maison avait trois chambres et une salle de bain, la deuxième salle de bain est située dans la suite parentale. La cuisine était bien équipée . Je vais mentionner ce qui pourrait être amélioré: L'emplacement sur Airbnb n'est pas le bon. La personne qui nous a accueilli avait du mal a donner des instructions sur l'emplacement (on vient rarement en Tunisie on a eu beaucoup de mal pour trouver la maison). Le salon et la cuisine sont très grands et vous y passerez la plupart de votre temps, il faut donc prévoir des climatiseurs supplémentaires. Il y avait quelques problèmes mineurs avec les finitions, notamment les portes qui manquaient de clés ou de serrures pour les fermer efficacement de l'intérieur. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cette maison et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sami et Imen sont des hôtes exceptionnels! Un accueil en personne, une maison parfaitement équipée et magnifique. Elle est plus grande et encore plus belle que sur les photos! Ils sont très réactifs, nous ont donné des supers adresses. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et plus encore! Du linge, beaucoup d’oreillers et de couvertures, des petits produits dans les salles de bain, tout est très confortable. Merci pour tout!

Très beau séjour dans une maison traditionnelle tunisienne. Accueil chaleureux des parents de Saoussen qui était en voyage en Suisse pendant la période des fêtes. Un chat qui nous a adopté, le bonheur quoi!

Une villa haut de gamme dans un quartier résidentiel. Superbe jardin bien aménagé avec piscine, cuisine bien équipée, de très grands espaces et communication facile avec Amira.

Incredible alternative to staying in a hotel! Beautiful house right on a lovely beach, in a quiet little town. The owner was really helpful and responsive. We'd definitely come again!

è un appartamento per due persone se proprio si vuole forzare anche un bebè ci starebbe in un residence con tanto di sorveglianza 24/7 un quartiere pulito a 5 minuti da medina hammamet e un quarto d'ora dalla città di hammamet c'è tutto ciò che si aspetta un turista i taxi vanno e vengono in continuazione tutto l'anno se non si ha un mezzo proprio non si riscontrano grandi problemi, la casa è molto con una bella terrazza e una camera da letto molto adorabile lo consiglio vivamente!!!

I had an incredible stay at Hana's Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a perfect retreat. Hana’s attention to detail really shines through, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I was also lucky to meet her amazing mother, Lamia, who was the epitome of warmth and hospitality. Lamia is not only incredibly kind but also radiates such a sweet, cute energy that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend staying with them!

Emna place is private with building security 24x7 located on ground floor so you easy come and exist. the apartment is clean when we checked in. the place is next to many nice walkable restaurants and one of the best beaches in hamammat area (marimar).

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. L'endroit était bien situé et exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce. L'hôte a été très réactif et attentif à mes besoins, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. A comfortable clean apartment with a good size private patio for sunshine and relaxing. Big Parasol and dining table chairs. Interior is comfy and Wi-Fi Netflix all working. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water! Beds comfy and selection of bedding and blankets. Elyes and his friends always on call to help out with assistance be it in the house or local knowledge. The kitchen itself very clean with some cleaning products supplied. The apartment is close to a main road so there is some traffic noise but it’s not invasive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this area with good local shopping transport connections and the local beach which is a 10 minute walk away. Recommended

Lovely condo with an amazing pool. Walk right out to the beach and enjoy your day in the sea. A short drive into town for shopping at the souk and lots of restaurants. We loved it!

Mieszkanie piękne i czyste, z naciskiem na czyste, pierwszy raz w Tunezji spotkałam się z taką nieskazitelnością, niestety ciężko znaleźć takie mieszkanie. Niestety bez samochodu raczej słabo, ponieważ osiedle jest oddalone od centrum o kilka kilometrów, można podejść 10 min na przystanek i podjechać, ale niestety komunikacja miejska jest tutaj słaba. Osiedle spokojne i bezpieczne, do supermarketu 15 min pieszo, a do zwykłego sklepu dosłownie 5-7 min. Ogólnie polecam mieszkanie, jak będę kolejny raz w Hammamet to chętnie wrócę!

We spent three wonderful nights here in February with a group of seven. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had a fantastic stay. The property offers great value for the money, a prime location, and stunning balcony views that match the photos perfectly. The secure underground parking was a plus, and having supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby made everything convenient. Highly recommended!

Excellent location! The view is incredible! You can see the beach and mountains from ur bedroom. The stars are visible from ur balcony. The beach is 1 min walking away from the apartment.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Ahmed, l’appartement était impeccable, bien agencé, super bien équipé et la terrasse un vrai plus pour profiter du beau temps. La résidence sécurisée, le quartier calme et privé. La communication avec l’hôte et le co-hôte était superbe. Et enfin l’accueil était amical. Merci infiniment. Nous reviendrons !

hote toujours disponible par téléphone, le logement est à 5mn à pied de la plage, résidence sécurisée avec un gardien devant 24h/24. nous étions 7 dont 2 adultes et 3 ados et il y avez assez de places avzc plusieurs matelas en plus. merci

As always, Jalel's apartment was wonderful! Jalel is always very responsible and flexibel, and I feel right at home in his apartment. There were flowers and candy waiting for us when we arrived, and the fridge is always stocked with milk, eggs and water. Highly recommend!
