Lovely home, host was AMAZING during a difficult time after a storm.

I had some trepidations when we first got there, but Yainiza was so very helpful through each and every step of our trip clearing my head of any trepidations. Of all of the times we've been to Tampa, she was by far the most quick to respond to our needs. Almost instantaneous!!!! The pool was lovely and cleans as it could have been. I'd rent this property again.

Perfect for groups! We traveled as a large family for a wedding and made a mini vacation out of it! We all enjoyed the pool! Plenty of room for all us! Little ones had a blast! If ever in Tampa definitely coming back!!

Our family had a lovely stay. Home was very clean. Children loved the pool. Mom& dad loved the heated whirlpool. We had a very comfortable nice stay.

The host was very responsive and answered all questions very quickly. The home was perfect for our 2 days stay visiting colleges. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Property was clean, beds were comfortable and was it nice having the back yard fenced in. The outdoor kitchen area was perfect for most of our cooking, and a definite perk! Enjoyed the pool for a few swims but water was chilly. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks Erick for sharing your home.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

We had a great stay at Karina’s place. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 young adult children. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the closeness to walk to Walmart. Absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Tampa!

Chris made the stay! A great host with good communication and attentiveness to our needs. The house feels truly unique it felt like being in a movie. Original architecture and a killer Bluetooth sound system. Also, if you wake up around 8am there was a beautiful white bird that was bathing in the pond!

Peaceful neighborhood, a convenient place to visit Tampa

My friends and I loved this Airbnb the moment we stepped in. Super cute and comfy home for a nice getaway trip! very quiet and peaceful area as well. If we ever do another trip to Tampa we would definitely consider this place again! :)

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

We had 11 people in total and there was plenty of space and beds to spread out as we had 5 children to accommodate. The neighborhood was quiet and close to local attractions. I love the fact that the freezer had a working ice machine. The pool was chilly but didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it.

This Airbnb was great. I stayed w a group of 10 girls and we had both units A and B. It had the perfect amount of beds and bathrooms, plenty of hang out space, and two full kitchens. It was a great location for Gasparilla. I would 100% stay here again!

Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Good location. Neat community. Kid friendly. My stay as for work, but I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family.

Very cute, furnished with festive, Cuban cigar theme. Yard/deck was pleasant and somewhat private. There is a mini-mart across the street and the neighborhood is not upscale but felt safe enough. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy.

I can't say enough about Julio and his place in wonderful Oldsmar. The place was clean and he was so helpful. If we needed anything, he was there for us. He even brought over a new BBQ and pool skimmer. He was prompt to answer questions and never a bother. When you rent with a dog, you are always concerned about making sure the place is clean. We take care of the properties we rent and so glad this place met our expectations. Thanks so much Julio. 5 star plus!

The highlight is the outdoor area, we spent most of our time around the pool. Plenty of room for 3 couples. We did day trips into tampa and stayed in the area for the evenings. Some amazing restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

Bryan has been an amazing host. He has been very accommodating and has been very helpful to my family in a difficult time while we are waiting for our home to be remodeled. Highest rating possible!
