We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. We had an amazing time celebrating our friend’s birthday at Blue Bliss! Our host was quickly responsive to our questions during the booking process and provided great and helpful recommendations for restaurants within walking distance (Armature Works and the Riverwalk) and short uber ride, shopping (Hyde Park), beaches, and gyms where we could work out. The house was incredibly clean and the upgraded/updated kitchen and wet bar had every item we needed for cooking breakfasts, snacks, and happy hours on the lovely back porch. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms very clean, and the neighbors we saw were very kind. We would love the opportunity to stay at Blue Bliss again!

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

Had a bachelor party weekend in Tampa and was fortunate enough to stay at this location. Everything was perfect for the weekend. House was spacious and had all the amenities we needed to celebrate the soon to be groom! Host was quick to return any messages and I would definitely recommend this spot.

Overall my rating is still 5 star largely tipped to the 5 because of the hosts. They were great communicators and very accommodating. Let me get the negatives out the way real quick. Pool was not clean at all. The grass and weeds were overgrown and one room in the house had a bit of a smell that the Lysol and air freshener did help. Now for the good…everything else! Home was well equipped. Looked like the pictures. May be an older home but remodeled and well kept. Plenty seating for meals. Shower water pressure was great. Spacious bedrooms. The outside is deceiving because the home is bigger than it looks. The beds slept well, lots of lighting if needed. Great AC and great Heat. Minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again. There were 7 of us and we all loved it.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself and our two young kids stayed here for just a night while passing through Tampa. My biggest review is for the king bed—it is ultra comfy! The location is actually pretty great. It seems central and is walkable to the Armature Works and the riverwalk. We were just 10 minutes from the airport w/o traffic. The building, unit, and immediate neighborhood is older and is noticeable both outside and inside. Taylor has done a good job at sprucing the unit up, but it has it's wear. Dishes are provided, filtered water, extra bedding, AC was great, etc. Stay for the king bed though. It's dreamy. We'd return!

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

David was a great host! He was very responsive, helpful and a gracious host. The condo had beautiful views, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool by the ocean. Thank you for hosting us and helping us create fond memories of the sunny south.

What can I say about my stay. It was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Scott and his wife were super fast on any questions I had. The view was amazing. The pool area was great. It even has a nice little bar/grill restaurant attached to the pool for some really good bar food. It had a really nice and cozy private beach and volleyball area. I liked this location so much that I’d recommend it to my own mother. Can’t wait for the next trip. Thank you guys very much.

This place is perfect, love location , easy to get to airport beaches, great restaurants, place was beautiful, comfortable, home away from home , way better then staying at hotel. Heated pool with amazing veiw , love the little tiki bar by the pool, I have stayed at this location a number of times and it never disappoints
