Patricia is an excellent host, as she was easy to get a hold of always, and very helpful. The property was very clean and modern. Will be nice when the roadway is paved, lit properly and completed.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

The place was super nice , everything was close to walk the malecon ,restaurants the pool had beautiful view great for pictures Andrea was super responsive definitely looking foward to go back ☺️

Juan Carlos is an excellent host, he is very quick to answer and very charming. We loved his condo, it is clean, with nice interior design and has a great view! The Bolongo complex is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very nice. We recommand to rent a car in order to visit the little towns in the area and do the grocery.

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

This unit had a great view…..mostly what I went to a beachfront condo for; great location within the complex. Quiet guests, many older retired folks so no loud music or other distractions. The unit was clean and well-furnished. The host and assistants were very responsive to questions or any issues. There is a huge grocery store (think super Walmart) just a block away so it was easy to get provisions on the way home from nightlife (just a few dollars in an Uber to some of the touristy spots). We stayed for less than a week, but it is a complex (and this unit in particular) that one could be continent for an extended stay. The beaches in Puerto Vallarta are not sugar white as in Cancun or the US gulf coast, but compared to other sections, this area was walkable. The ocean is very close, and with no bugs it was great to leave the doors open and listen to the surf at night (when cool enough not to need the AC at night). Each room has its own heat/cooling unit that worked very well.

Gynna's condo was a true delight. We felt instantly at home thanks to the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Gynna and Rogelio were exceptional hosts, attentive and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Malecon, Costco, and other shops. We're already planning our return to Puerto Vallarta and wouldn't hesitate to book with Gynna again.

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

Dos Hermanos isn’t so much a vacation rental as it is a portal to old Mexico, where priorities are based on basic sustenance, community support and simple family values. Dos Hermanos’ hosts Marcos y Michelle, Eric y Holly son incredibly accommodating. The accommodations are basic. But that’s the point. Yet want a delicious fresh fish dinner cooked in your own kitchen? Then Maria is there to help. If wanting a base camp to explore old Mexico, Dos Hermanos is the place. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the whales can’t be beat. If driving plan on 4 hours from north PV. El Tuito to Chimo is about 2 hours alone. If you don’t know the road, don’t do it at night. There are sinkholes on the sides that can swallow half of your car. We did it fine in a FWD rental. Once there and settled into Dos Hermanos, you won’t want to leave.. You’re looking for a window to the past. And with Dos Hermanos, their hosts, and the community of Chimo, you’ve found it.

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

Wonderful place! We stayed here with 3 kids and had a very comfortable experience here. The pool is warm and the kids loved it, the location is perfect, a short walk down to the beach and also close to town for groceries and restaurants. The only note I would make is the railing on the balcony, something to consider if you have little ones as we have a crawling baby and needed to keep that off limits. It was totally fine for our older kids. Very responsive and helpful host and we had a great experience here, thank you!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Excelente lugar para quedarte con tranquilidad y comodidad. Cerca de todo: De la playa, de la ciudad, de supermercados, etc. Además, el coto es muy tranquilo y las personas son muy amigables.

My family and I had a great stay at Elena and Felix's airbnb. Elena and Felix live up stairs and welcomed us upon arrival. The hosts left some cold beers in the fridge for my wife and myself and a couple juice boxes for our children. They also has some cold drinking water in the fridge. I slept on the pull out coach which was very comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom is also extremely comfortable. There are two large swimming pools with lots of lounge chairs and a bar/restaurant that serves you by the pool. We also enjoyed hanging out on the lounge chairs on the beach and swimming in the calm ocean. The hosts also have a bag of sand toys for the kids. We had a car so we drove into town for our meals.

La Jolla de Mismaloya is a gem ! The views are breathtaking, whales passing almost every day were the cherrie in the top. This unit was perfect, super clean, ALL the staff is beyond friendly and they do anything to make you comfortable and feeling home away from home. All the facilities are very well kept and shinny!! The pool is perfect and it has access to the beach. Definitely will return!

Great place to stay! Condo building is very well maintained with staff looking after the common areas and pools. Hosts were very responsive in answering questions. The Condo has comfortable beds, rainfall showers, and a great balcony. The pictures are accurate. Treated water is also a bonus in this area so ice/water for coffee is fine to use. Felt very safe in this space. Pool does not get very busy and is well monitored to ensure it is a calm space. Hot Tubs for 16+. Bring re-usable water bottles for your drinks at the pool as open cups/cans are not permitted.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. This is a great condo that is comfortable to stay in. Condo is well equipped. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Marc is an excellent host who responded quickly to all our requests. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We were super surprised with the view! Sunsets, ocean - it is hard to properly explain how mind-blowing is the experience! And best part of that - whales, whales, whales! I think we saw them in 13 days 40-50 times at least from the balcony! Rory and Sergio are great hosts! Super responsive, attentive, helped with many preparations in advance and during the stay. Apartments are completely new, area is safe and there is much what to do on that beach - horse riding, jet ski and else! Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking views. Right above the beach with skyline view of Puerto Vallarta. Even saw whales swimming by. Floor-to-ceiling windows open completely so it converts into a huge open space. Very clean and nice. 24h security guard. Two small things as advice for future guests: (1) The building is literally right above the beach so you will hear ocean waves at all times. Most people love it, some people don't. I personally liked it but would not want to live with this sound scape for more than 2 weeks. (2) During the day you can super easily walk from Conchas Chinas beach (where the condo is) to the main area of Puerto Vallarta along the beach. It's a 15 minute walk and totally safe. But I would not walk there during the night. So better take an Uber or taxi back from town, which is just a 5 minute drive and 100 Mexican Pesos (5 US$). Overall, one of the most stunning AirBNBs I've stayed in so far. Recommend 100%. Love the place and would definitely come back.

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time
