When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

I love the accent lights in the kitchen I love I think it was a 90 inch TV In living room Bedroom doors were barndoor sliding doors, which was neat, but they didn't lock Shower was hot and good pressure Privacy fence in the backyard was nice

Matt and Keri are very responsive and helpful. The house is nicely appointed. The beds are indeed very comfortable and I slept better than at home! We had some crazy weather and we barely heard it! The cleaners are top notch! As a fellow Airbnb cleaner I appreciated the vacuum lines and the immaculate clean! Wonderful! I will admit I was concerned about the neighborhood when we drove in. You can tell it is an older neighborhood that needs some love. But by day 2 we were comfortable enough to walk to the coffee shop. The house is nicely renovated with a huge main bathroom upstairs. Thank you for having us!

Shelia's listing was as she described it. It was very welcoming. She was very responsive and left clear instruction. It is in what appeared to be a nice quiet neighborhood. Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.

Eric and his team were wonderful hosts! The home was just like the photos and comfortable for our family of four as well as our fur babies. Eric was responsive anytime we needed something. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family, with 3 teenagers. This is way better option than a hotel room, due to three different spaces for sleeping.

My husband, new baby and I stayed at Nicole's place for about 3 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. Nicole is very responsive and willing to fix things if needed to make your stay more comfortable. Everything was very clean, neat and had beautifully tasteful decorations. I also loved that there were large laundry machines that were easy to use. I have no complaints and will definitely stay at one of her rentals again if we're ever back in Dayton.

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Paul and his wife were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were a good size, beds comfy, lots of soft blankets. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is quite small...it had everything you would need, but very tight. We would be happy to stay there again :)

Adam's house was exactly like the pictures, it was extremely clean and had plenty of space and nice beds! Me and my friends had a great stay.

We stayed in the Studio portion of the property and it was very clean and accommodating. My wife called it absolutely adorable. The home is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had a blast hanging out in Yellow Springs staying at Robert and Leanne's place. Would definitely book here again.
