The house was perfect for my family to stay for 1 night while on a ski trip. when we arrive there the key pad that gained us access to the house didn't work.( dead battery after snow storm). I contacted Shy and she was very quick to respond and get maintenance personal to the house in a timely manner. ( Half Hour delay) understandable that thing do happen. other than that one little bleep everything else was great and we really enjoyed the Hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

We had an amazing stay. The space is great for families, with big windows, cozy chairs, and a big tv to watch the game. Unfortunately, the hot tub was having mechanical issues, so that was disappointing we werent able to use it. 3 out of 4 beds were also extremely hard. But the extra space in the basement for playing pool and kids hanging out, as well as the awesome layout of the house and cozy wood feature outweighed the uncomfortable sleeps!

Beautiful location and close to many trailheads, hikes and Jasper National Park. The enclosed outdoor patio with the fire table was amazing as was the great hot tub after a 12 mile hike. Also loved the amount of space in the house and the en-suite feature.

Place was just an advertised had enough room for 6 ladies to have there own space, view was amazing. Hot tub and pool a nice bonus. Would rent again☺️.

The boys were telling me that the place was very comfortable and exactly what they required for their time there.

Caroline's house was a true surprise for us. Fairly spacious, very well equipped, with huge TV and three bedrooms. There is not a single complaint we have regarding the house itself. Although window of one of the bedrooms lead directly to a place with a barking dog, its owner made sure it did not bark after 11pm. That is unfortunately not a case of a nearby train crossing, which resulted in each train blowing their horns (four times in total). As we've realized the traffic is pretty intense on this track and soon we were able to decipher the train traffic pattern. We are fully aware that this is tottally beyond Caroline's reach so we cannot blame her - and if you sleep well, you won't probably even notice. Which is not our case, unfortunately. All in all, the house is perfect and provides the guests with everything they might possibly need. Thank you Caroline for sharing your house with us!

The home was a delight. Nice back porch to sit on early in the morning. It was complete with a garage and opener for our car. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a cute home for our stay. It was about a 30-minute drive from Jasper gates.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed. The host was helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. My family had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very clean and comfortable. I stayed at Simons place while I was in town working. I’d definitely recommend it it to anyone.

We had a nice stay at the house. The view is very nice, and it’s quite a good size for a group of six. In addition to visiting Jasper Park, we would recommend visiting the Beaver Boardwalk, as suggested by the host. Go there at dusk, and if you enjoy spotting wildlife, you won’t regret it.

A great place to book in Hinton. We came here with 11 people and had a great time! The house was very comfortable and cozy with areas for us to visit and enjoy being together. Cleanliness was great and the house has been taken care of very well. Host was very responsive and friendly and everything was exactly how the listing and pictures show. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Very cozy home that has everything you need. The instructions given were very clear in addition to clear information for what to do before, during, and after the stay. Nice and quiet area overall and there's a restaurant/brewery 800m away that we found very tasty to eat at. Overall, very pleasant stay, would stay again if we're ever back in town. :)

Joanne's place was more than we expected. Went to visit family and it was nice to have a home away from home.

One of the best places to stay! I was so so glad I booked Meagan & Nicole's place, it was just perfect! We entered, and all I could think was this is the cutest, coziest place ever! They had a book full of good information - from restaurants to sightseeing and all the good recommendations. they were constantly responding to any queries I had, and were super helpful. Their furniture, pictures and home decor was super lovely, and they even had a welcome wine and popcorn for us. everything in their listing is available at the home, and it was honestly one of the most comfortable and cozy airbnbs I have stayed in. I definitely recommend their place, and hope to visit again soon!
