Shannon was a very responsive communicative host. I felt supported she was very friendly. The person at the check in facility had written my last name wrong in reservation and once I messaged Shanon that they couldn’t find my reservation she quickly called and made everything right. Short walk on a great boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs, mats and umbrella in storage locker on the way. Had groceries delivered and cooked most of our meals at the condo. Used the free Breeze trolley a couple of times to eat at some excellent restaurants. Easy access to the trolley pickup just a few steps from the building. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and welcome after a long day at the beach and indoor pool. Staff at the resort were very helpful. Ornela was marvelous and answered messages promptly. If I make it to Hilton Head again, I will definitely look to see if this listing is available first.

Wonderful experience in Palmetto Dunes! We really enjoyed our stay. Robert was a very helpful host and answered every question I had within minutes. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The underground parking garage was also nice since we arrived on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of cruiser bikes and beach chairs that were included with the unit. The pool was beautiful and the ocean/sandy beach was steps away. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again!

Fred was a communicative, gracious, friendly, helpful, and kind host. This was our first visit to Hilton Head, and we hope to return and stay here again. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location and property were absolutely perfect. Lots of family oriented activities (multiple pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, boardwalk to the beach, bike rental). The resort itself is very well kept and the staff are friendly, as were other patrons. One of the best hosts/stays we’ve had! Absolutely recommend. We’ll be looking to stay here again!

Our two families (seven people in total) had an amazing time ringing in the New Year at this incredible property hosted by a true Superhost (Heather). From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thoughtfulness had gone into making our stay special. The little touches—like complimentary snacks, New Year’s party accessories, and even COVID tests—made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The host was incredibly attentive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely committed to ensuring we were 100% satisfied. The property itself is stunning, with a spacious layout and top-notch landscaping. We especially loved being right on the golf course and enjoying the views through the home’s expansive glass windows. It was a perfect setting for relaxation and celebration. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!

For the price we paid this place was great, we were able to use everything in the resort, and it was right on the beach. Condo was clean, the water pressure was great, the air-conditioning was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Patty’s villa was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Beautiful area to take a morning walk. The villa had everything we needed for the beach. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Patty left snacks and a welcome gift to greet us when we walked in the villa. We will be back to HHI and hope to stay at Patty’s villa again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lesley's property. The condo has everything you need. Place is kept implacably clean. Location is amazing. We absolutely enjoyed the Fish Haul beach that is just minutes away. Our family spent hours exploring during low tide. Lesley is a wonderful host, you can't ask for a better host than her. We will be staying at hers again when we come back to HHI.

This is our 4th year staying at Mike & Lisa’s and we absolutely love it. It’s become a little home away from home. It’s always clean and the walk to the beach is great. Hope to stay again in 2026!
