Overall it was a great experience. There were a few unavoidable hiccups HOWEVER the host was SUPER responsive and helpful. Hieu went above and beyond helping us and making sure all our needs were met. It was a beautiful location as well.

The property was 100% as I expected and totally matches the photos. It is kind of a private apartment located in the hotel building. You can go to the resort restaurants or visit the resort SPA for a fee. The resort territory is large, the views are nice, lots of plants everywhere both outdoors and indoors. We loved walking and running next to the lake. Vinh (the host) also offered a bike but we didn't use it because of mostly rainy weather (we visited in January). One thing that you should be aware of is that this resort seems to be popular for corporate events - some days were quite, but others somewhat noisy as you could hear the party music etc. But it's about the resort so I'm not taking a star away from an apartment itself. The host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

From my late arrival at the airport in Hanoi, the host offered and came to pick me up even tho it was late in the evening (45 minutes drive each way), which was great! Right away Hai got me settled in, helping me with my luggages. The room was clean and comfortable and everything needed for the bathroom was there, ready to use. His wife and mother in law were also there cooking up great Vietnamese buffet style dishes everyday (for two weeks), cleaning and even doing my laundry when needed. Everyone were very reactif to all my needs. One day, Hay took me to next town over for coffee, shopping and eating at a genuine Vietnam restaurant which i enjoyed very much. The site itself is a nice well groomed landscape, garden and private family resort near a golf course. A lake with lots to do if you get bored... Kayaking, fishing, hicking, biking, pool and a nice patio over the edge of the lake (great sunsets) to have your coffee in the morning! I highly recomend and hope to come back soon.
