We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

We had such an amazing time staying at Liberty Barn. Tracey was extremely helpful and flexible when we were held up in traffic. The place was a rural paradise, and we so enjoyed the spa and sauna.

We loved our stay in the cottage! It was so calm and peaceful. Peter had thought of everything and there was so many lovely little touches that just made it for us. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a romantic retreat away!

This is such a beautiful place to stay, waking up to bird singing and siting in the garden watching the sunrise was amazing. The house is very homely, and comfortable. The hoist left clear and easy instructions to make life easier. Would stay here again.

Nigel and Perry were fantastic hosts. On the day of check in, bad weather had caused a flood which damaged the hot tub motor. They warned us ahead of time and gave us the option to reschedule our stay or carry on. We’re so pleased that we picked the latter. They not only fixed the motor in time for our stay, but also left a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy. The interior was beautifully designed, offering a charming modern vibe. It came well equipped with everything you would need in a home away from home. During our stay, we visited the wonderful Clovelly to see the gardens and waterfall. We can’t wait to come back for another great occasion!

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Nicola's place. We can highly recommend this most relaxing and peaceful place in stunning Cornwall. Nicola is a great host and has made us feel very welcome. She has created an absolute wonderful home away from home with everything you wish for. Thank you so much for having us. Hope to come back some time soon.

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Good amenities and a beautful setting to relax after a day of exploring and surfing. Great location, walkable to the village and beach. Anne Marie was friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. Would recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! What a gem of a place. Tranquil, lovely views from the bedroom, cosy cottage with a relaxing modern feel to it. Thankful that Chris/Freya could accommodate at the last minute, as we booked the night before quite late. We had a lovely surprise when we arrived, to find out a few lambs were resting in the small barn next to our garden patio with their mamas before they could be released into the field. It was such a highlight seeing the lambs jump around and stretch their legs as we sipped our coffees in the morning. Great location, approx 40min drive to Heddon Valley (we did a 24km run/hike from Heddon to Combe Martin, with a stop and looped back), and it's a 12min drive to Withypool if you want to do a big circular loop approx 12km to the Tarr Steps and back. You will have suggestions of places to visit in the welcome pack and a mal on the wall. The cottage comes with all the kitchen appliances you need. We also got to purchase some fresh eggs too, tasty! A perfect short weekend stay :)

Great stay in Braunton. The cottage had all the home comforts and own parking space which was incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic for exploring Braunton and the North Devon coast. Nicola was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

This is a beautiful cottage. So clean and cosy. Clear instructions and always on hand if I had any questions to ask. There was of cooking utensils for home cooking and Karen was brilliant at recommending places to eat. We settled on the nearby sea front restaurant called Port William. Was a perfect evening fabulous food and service too. I would totally recommend this cottage for a home From home experience in beautiful Cornwall.

We had a wonderful stay at Bramble Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculate and well-kept the cottage was, making it feel instantly welcoming. The setting was incredibly peaceful, tucked away in a tranquil countryside location that provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and escape every day life. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah, who made our experience even more memorable by inviting our son to help with the animals, it was definitely one of his highlights of the trip. If you're looking for a clean and peaceful getaway with the added joy of farm life, Bramble Cottage is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The beds here are amazing! Blackout blinds in the room made sure everyone had a good sleep. We had a toddler with us and a stair gate was provided for the steep steps to keep her safe. I would say that the garden isn’t particularly toddler safe due to more steep steps, so we couldn’t really use it. However this wasn’t a problem as the house is so ideally located with hundreds of beautiful places on your doorstop

We had a lovely stay. Sarah was very flexible with checking in and out which enabled us to make the most of our 2 night stay. The cottage is cosy and very private. we enjoyed the food at the Napoleon on our hosts recommendation and found the locals very friendly. Principally we were there to walk the coastal path, which is stunning and dramatic. The local bus service was good and reliable so we could walk one way and catch the bus back. Tintagel is an easy walk from Paradise Farm and Crackington Haven is an achievement 😎

Das Wuggle Cottage war ein bezaubernder Rückzugsort. Es strahlte eine Gemütlichkeit aus, die man selten findet. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer machte die Abende perfekt und hielt uns an zwei Tagen angenehm warm. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus traditionellem Charme und heimeliger Atmosphäre. 🌲🔥

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

fantastic host and great place to stay with a group, the host and co host are always on hand to help. I would recommend for anyone and definitely stay again.
