We had a wonderful stay at this place!! Sara was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our arrival went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The location was perfect — very accessible and with so much to do within walking distance. Whether it was exploring nearby shops or finding great places to eat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Crystal House with our group. The house was beautifully designed—stylish, clean, and super comfortable. I loved the traditional Korean black lacquer cabinets. One of the standout features for us was the kids’ playroom, which was perfect for my daughter and gave the adults a little break too. The location is also excellent, just a short walking distance from Seoul Station, making it really convenient for getting around. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive—always quick to help with any questions or requests we had. A really thoughtful touch was the owner treating us to coffee from Apricus (a coffee shop close by) which we all enjoyed—it made our morning even better. We also appreciated the water purifier in the kitchen; such a small thing, but it made staying hydrated easy and convenient without needing to buy bottled water. All in all, a warm, welcoming place with great amenities and even better hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

가족 단위 모임이라 개별방이 필요했는데 딱 맞는 곳을 찾았습니다. 아이들은 다락방을 올라가는것을 좋아했고,방이 많이서 곳곳을 누비며 잘 놀았습니다! 깨끗하게 청소되어있고, 칫솔배치나 섬세함을 알수있었어요! 아쉬운점은 1층 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되었고, 화장실이 비친다는점...😱 이쁜 사장님께서 친절히 반겨주셔서 감사했고,또 방문할께요!😁

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Kim’s place! Kim was an excellent host—communicative before and during our stay, and even arranged private transport from Incheon Airport. He greeted us on arrival and helped carry our luggage up to the 3rd-floor unit (note: no elevator). The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—stocked with toiletries, kitchen essentials, fast Wi-Fi, heated floors, quiet A/C, and keyless entry. Location is fantastic: a 7-min walk to Myeongdong Station, shopping, the night market, and close to bus stops and convenience stores. Quiet at night, but close to everything. My favorite part was ending each day chatting with my daughter about our adventures. We wouldn’t have had that same connection in a hotel room. Kim’s place felt like a home away from home—warm, welcoming, and just right for relaxing after long days out. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others! A perfect choice for families or small groups visiting Seoul.

오래된 건물에 비해 숙소의 청결도는 상당히 높았습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 방의 개수에 비해 화장실 수가 적어서 아쉬웠습니다. 비싼 가격만큼의 가치를 하는 숙소입니다.

We had 3 night at this place. it was great. The house is private. Everything was provided. There are beds for 7-8 people that can stay at this place, but it has only 1 bathroom, so I recommend 4-5 at max. The house's very warm in winter as there is floor heater. The place has restaurants and OliveYoung in just 2-3 mins walk. Also, every near to Hongdae walking street and subway just crossing the road. Easy for walkable distance with luggages from subway (walk around10 mins) and Airport Limousine Bus (walk around 15 mins). The host is very responsive and helpful with all questions.

We had a great stay overall with 3 adults and 3 kids. The location was great and the house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and nice natural light in the living area. There was a nice connected TV which wasn't in the photos and lots of soft towels. It also provided more amenities than I expected including an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, soaps, laundry detergent, and shampoo in the shower. The traditional beds on the floor were very comfortable. There was really only sleeping space for 6 people, the last bedroom did not have a bed and is in the entryway so it was a nice space for keeping luggage and clothing but not for sleeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The room is a perfect size and a great deal for the price! The location is great, Mangwon is the best suburb in Seoul in my opinion and the airbnb is around the corner from the market. Would recommend, although the Airbnb is structured kind of like a dorm, and the walls are pretty thin, so sometimes I wonder if I was lucky that nobody was staying in the rooms next to me and that’s why it was so quiet

The location was perfect, close to Hongik Uni. station, to the main streets of Hongdae but the location of the Airbnb was quiet so no disturbances from the nightlife. Suhee’s airbnb had everything that was necessary, from cookware, cleaning products and was incredibly spacious. Would definitely stay again when in Seoul!

한국에서 에어비앤비 이용은 이번이 두번째인데 아니 정말 ...숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 좋아서 놀랐어요! 호스트님께서 집을 예쁘게 관리하신것도 있지만 무엇보다 세심한 부분에 센스가 돋보여서 ㅠㅠ 들어가자마자 우와~우와 이러면서 돌아다녔네요!! 편안하게 놀고 먹고 쉬다 갑니다🤍 너무 좋았어서 1박만 한게 아쉬울 정도예요...감사해요😀

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! There was a bit of confusion during check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was mostly quiet, with only a little sound from the neighbour, which didn’t bother us. The location is amazing – shops, restaurants, and cafes are just around the corner. The metro is only a 5-minute walk, and buses are very close too. The host was incredibly kind and even sent us some delicious Jeju oranges! We had a small issue with the shower head falling and breaking, but the host replaced it by the next morning. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place. The host is great and very responsive!

Paul’s place was so convenient to every where in Seoul. Most places we went to did not require bus/subway transfers (besides neighborhoods beyond the Han River). The bus stop and subway station was pretty much in front of the apartment. There was so much food and convenience store downstairs and more in the nearby surroundings. The only problem we had was the toilet squeaked a lot after flushing, a bit of mold in the shower (which is pretty common in most places), and a neighbor who smoked out in the hallway.

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

Great location, with the building right in front of the elevator coming out from Anguk Station (very accessible with luggages). Walking distance to popular restaurants such as Onion and Knotted and just 3 bus stops to Myeongdong Room was clean and just enough space for my group of 4. One thing to note of is that the bathroom's floor may be slippery. Need to always ensure bathroom slippers are worn in the toilet and try not to go in barefoot especially when the floor is wet. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will come back again!

Really enjoyed our four days at JD's place, especially liked the Nespresso maker and the complementary coffee pods ;) Very functional apartment, with clear instructions provided ahead of check-in, and very proactive comms overall. A very cool neighborhood as well, and so close the metro, yet very peaceful and quiet. Super cozy beds too!

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

Taehong’s has a great location, nearby Seoul station and bus stop; moreover is the host Taehong and co-host Madeline, they’re super friendly and always support us proactively. I had a great time and a great trip to their stay.

It always felt like home for me throughout my stay for 2 months. The room is cozy and clean with everything I needed, and the host responded and managed it very quickly whenever I had any request. The neighborhood is a beautiful, calm and very local Korean residential area with good transports of a subway and buses. The internet is fast and stable. I will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The room was comfortable and well located, with a metro station less than a 5 minute walk away, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants just around the corner. Tomy was also a great communicator - thank you!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.

The house is in a good location, there are supermarkets, coffee shops, shopping areas, and subway stations. The owner is very helpful. The room is clean. I would recommend this place if anyone comes to visit Seoul.
