숙소는 청결하고 사장님이 친절하십니다. 근처에 편의점, 카페, 음식점 등이 있습니다. 방이 많고 거실이 넓어 대가족이 편하게 쉬다 가기에 좋습니다.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

깔끔하고 너무 좋았어요! 게임기도 있어서 친구들이랑 게임하기 딱 좋았고, 보드게임이랑 카드도 준비돼 있어서 심심할 틈이 없었네요. 1층, 2층 방 모두 따뜻했고, 보일러 온수도 빵빵하게 잘 나왔어요! 수건도 넉넉하고 깔끔했고요. 화장실에 샴푸, 바디워시, 일회용 칫솔까지 세심하게 준비되어 있어서 감동. 날씨가 살짝 아쉬웠지만 그래도 최고였어요. 우리는 부부 2커플이 이용했는데, 공간도 넉넉하고 만족도 100%! 조금 일찍 도착했는데 14시쯤 체크인 허락해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소예요!

가족들과 첫 여행이라 종말 고심해서 골랐는데 그만큼 만족스러웠어요! 대인원도 추가비용없이 이용이 가능하고 사진에서 보는 것보다 공간이 넓어서 편안하게 지내다가 갑니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 다음번에는 여름에 조금 더 오래 묵다가 가고 싶어요!

房子布置的非常漂亮，离地铁站很近，周围美食也很多，非常推荐！

當初因為高空夜景訂的房間完全不讓人失望，漂亮的loft風格家具，一應俱全，空間上雖然比較小，只能把一個28吋行李箱打開攤平，需要整理好把行李關起來 房間因為是玻璃落地窗所以有大太陽時很熱需要把窗簾拉下 空間雖然很小但什麼都有，也都很棒！ 有提供沐浴乳、洗髮乳、潤髮乳、毛巾 吹風機跟離子夾都非常好用！也有提供水，但請一定記得要自己把垃圾拿到樓下去丟～ 沒有電視但有投影機，需要type c接口才可使用，非常有真的生活在首爾的感覺，非常喜歡！🤍 距離合井站真的很近，離弘大也很近，比較安靜舒適，我真的很喜歡，有機會我一定會在回訪 The room I booked because of the high-altitude night view was not disappointing at all. It has beautiful loft-style furniture and is fully equipped. Although the space is relatively small, I can only open and flatten a 28-inch suitcase. I need to organize and close the luggage. Because the room has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it gets very hot when the sun shines brightly and you need to draw the curtains. Although the space is small, it has everything and everything is great!🤍 Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided The hair dryer and ion clip are both very easy to use! Water is also provided, but please remember to take the garbage downstairs and throw it away~

숙소 너무 깔끔하고 모든 것들이 갖춰져있습니다 다음에 묵게되면 다시 여기로 묵습니다

야당역과 가까이 있어서 전철로 다니기에 편안하고 주변에 먹거리가 많아서 여행 온 사람들은 편하게 지낼수 있어서 넘 좋았어요. 다음에 이쪽으로 여행 올 경우에도 저는 다시 이용할것 같습니다. 지내는 동안 넘 편안하게 있다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

모든 것들이 좋았던 숙소였어요 ! 깨끗한 룸 컨디션 ( 특히 욕실과 침구 상태 ) & 요리하기에도 적합했던 주방을 포함해 위치도 잠실새내역 인근이라 서울 내 어디로든 이동하기에 용이했고 무엇보다도 !! 친절하고 똑똑하셨던 호스트 분이 계셨어서 든든했답니다 :) 언제나 행운이 따르는 날들 보내시기를 바라며 다음에 또 봬요 >_<

I really searched around for airbnbs to accommodate my 10-day trip and instantly fell in love with this airbnb when I saw the listing! The host was accommodating to let me leave my luggage early so that I can head out to explore the beautiful Seoul! On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful :) I loveeeee the space so much. It was so cozy, so peaceful, made me feel so at home! I wish my own apartment back home looked like that 😆 My experience was great! I even did some laundry and cooked some stuff :) The only confusing thing for me was Korea’s recycling system as a foreigner 😅 I will try to learn it better next time! The location was amazing, within the estate area, you can take 2 escalators down and it’s the subway station! Right outside the accoms, there’s an emart, chicken shops, noodle shops, coffee shops - everything! It’s also close to an olive young! And 2 stops away from Hongik stn, 1 stop from gimpo. Overall a 10/10 stay, I loved it 💖💖💖

I stayed here for a month and had an excellent experience! The house was always clean and neat, with complete cleaning materials provided, making it easy to maintain during my extended stay. Its minimalist design gave the space a modern and calming vibe. One of the standout features was the large window, offering breathtaking views of city lights, sunsets, the moon, and the skies—something I looked forward to every evening. The inclusion of a bidet added an extra level of comfort, and the property felt secure throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few steps from subway lines 1 and 6, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed place to stay—especially for longer visits! The host was also superb! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️

I stayed at Alex's place with my husband and 2 young children, and it was an excellent choice! The apartment was wonderful and looked exactly like the photos: clean, comfortable, homey yet luxurious. The hosts were also wonderful. They prepared some welcome snacks and responded quickly to all communications. They generously shared their children's toys, and were gracious about granting all my requests. I was so pleased to have found such warm and kind hosts. The location gave a feel of real life in Korea- quiet with quaint twisty roads and corner shops with ancient-looking knick-knacks, but very close to a bus that took you right to busy areas. If you wander around you can find small children's playgrounds with outdoors exercise equipment too! I really liked the area. Overall we had a lovely experience and Alex definitely deserves the title of superhost.

친절한 사장님 덕분에 아이들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다~ 정원에 꽃들과 허브도 보고 만져 볼 수 있어서 더 좋았고 깔끔한 실내에서도 쾌적하게 사용 할 수 있었습니다~ 아이들과 가도 좋고 친구들과도 좋을 것 같아요^^ 운이 좋다면 레고랜드에서 하는 불꽃놀이도 편안히 관람 할 수 있는 최적의 장소였습니다!!

숙소가 아름다운 곳에 위치해 있고, 깨끗하고 정갈하였습니다. 딸과의 자전거 여행이었는데, 비로 인하여 하루 앞당겨서 숙박을 급하게 조정 요청드렸는데, 너그럽게 조정해 주셔서 진심으로 감사했습니다. 4인이 잘 수 있는 침대가 있어, 다음에는 가족과 같이 방문하고 싶습니다.

예약 후부터 사장님께서 친절하게 설명해주시고, 입실부터 퇴실까지 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했습니다. 14명이 숙박했는데 공간이 정말 넓었고, 주방시설, 화장실(2개), 잘 갖춰진 주방시설과 용품까지 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

너무너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다~!!! 6명이서 추운 겨울이었지만 추억을 만들어서 너무 좋았어요 ㅎ 혹시 사용하실 예정인 분들은 샤워할때 한명씩 텀 두고 들어가셔요~! 탱크형식이라 보일러가 물 데울 시간이 필요해영

아늑한 곳입니다. 호수뷰가 참 좋습니다

가족 모두가 너무 좋았다고 한 숙소입니다. 매번 콘도나 호텔을 가다가 처음으로 에어비엔비 숙소로 가족 여행을 가게 되었는데, 단언컨데 최고의 숙소였습니다. 호스트 분은 친절하시고 숙소는 흠잡을 곳 없이 깨끗했습니다. 층고가 높아 추울까 걱정 했는데 전혀 춥지 않았고 아늑함 그 자체였어요 ㅎㅎ 고기 굽는 장소도 깔끔했고 벽난로 체험도 즐거웠습니다:) 그릇과 조리도구도 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 엄마 아빠가 또 오고 싶다고 해서 날이 좀 더 따듯해지면 한 번 더 방문 할 예정입니다^_^

정말로 아늑하고 평화로운 시간을 보냈습니다. 서울에서 그리 멀지 않은 곳에서 전원생활을 체험할 수 있는 귀한 경험이었습니다. 바로 뒤에 위치한 카페를 호스트님께서 운영 중이신데 커피도 맛있고 분위기도 최고였습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 것은 마당에서 모닥불을 켜고 밤에 별을 보며 캠프파이어를 한 것입니다. 같이 간 5살짜리 아들이 집에 와서도 모닥불 얘기를 하네요. 또 읍네에서 멀지 않아 음식 배달도 되는 것은 정말 장점이었습니다. 감사합니다.
