Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Yerakini

Am avut partea de cea mai frumoasă experiență de când petrecem vacanța în Grecia. Meritul principal pentru acest sejur reușit este al gazdelor care au făcut tot posibilul să ne simțim ca în familie. Casă a avut toate dotările specificate în descrierea de pe Airbnb. Punctul forte este terasa cu vedere la mare, unde am admirat apusul soarelui. Locuința este așezată într un sat liniștit, cu multă verdeață și acces ușor la plaja. Plaja nu este foarte mare, dar este cotată Blue flag, cu nisip și intrare lină. Poți ajunge cu mașina în 2 minute și 10 minute pe jos. Le mulțumim din suflet gazdelor noastre Eleni și Ștefan pentru tot.

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

Totul a fost superb, casa într-o zona liniștită, cu multa verdeață, priveliște atât către mare cât și către munte,gazda foarte primitoare, sociabilă, pentru noi avantajul maxim a fost că vorbește și română pe lângă engleza. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Mulțumim Olga, Dimitra și Iorgos!

This flat is exceptional. It is very authentic and actually has all the traces of generations that occupied this flat, so you're witnessing history. We stayed as two couples. Having two bathrooms was made our lifes easier. The location is excellent. In the middle of night life, very close to Tsimiski Street, everywhere is walking distance including the new Agias Sofias metro station. That said, it is very quiet without much noise from outside. Stella helped us to check-in, made great suggestions. She was very responsive and friendly. Perfect host! Everything is tidy and clean. Although we didn't have any issues, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and you need to climb 70 steps to get to the flat. The flat is very highly recommended.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit dem Garten von beiden Seiten. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, trotzallem sehr ruhig. Wir können Yoana nur weiterempfehlen. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wein die wir beim Grillabend genossen haben.

It has been an amazing stay at this beautiful and cozy apartment. Great location near restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10min walk to the gorgeous sandy beach. Thanos has been an amazing host, responding to all our questions immediately. Thank you!

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Out stay at Nikos' was an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and in excellent condition, with an amazing view and just minutes from the beach. Nikos was an extraordinary host, polite and friendly, and quick to meet our requests. I definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Nikos!

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. Dimitris is a great host and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation in his sea villa. Everything is as it's written. The house and the garden are huge! The house can fit 8 people and even more, it has all necessary appliances. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. The water pressure can get low at times but it is not a problem. The area is peaceful and quiet except for the stray dogs around. Dimitris was very helpful and gave us advice where to go and what to see. Thank you, Dimitris, and hopefully we'll see you again!

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝

We stayed at two different suites but this will apply to both. Amazing rooms and more luxury than even I expected and our expectations were high. Beautiful property, attention to detail, pools in pretty much every suite. Immaculately kept. Unbelievable views, food was amazing and drinks, snacks. This really is premium accommodation and worth every penny. The hosts of the family run business were extremely helpful and went over and above to make our stay literally perfect. Having a 11 month old with us as well was no problem as all facilities were provided upon request and before we even checked in. Can’t wait to go back.
