Очень хорошая, чистая, теплая и светлая квартира. Рекомендую. Есть все вещи первой необходимости. Удобное заселение. Квартира расположена не в самом центре города, но до каскада фонтанов минут 15 пешком, а в любую другую точку центра Еревана можно добраться на такси по очень комфортным ценам. Спасибо большое, что предоставили ваш дом для первого знакомства с Ереваном.

Het appartement en het complex zijn nieuw en modern ingericht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig: borden, bestek, glazen, handdoeken, stofzuiger, strijkplank, föhn, etc. Alles wat bij een woning hoort. Het appartementencomplex is 24/7 beveiligd en er werken zeer vriendelijke mensen. Je bent in 10 minuten in het centrum en de taxi (GG) staat vaak al klaar nog voordat je tijd hebt gehad om je schoenen aan te doen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie het niet erg vindt om iets verder van het centrum te zijn.

Great place at the center of Yerevan, lots of parks around, and it’s a 10 min walk from Republic Square. The apartment is warm, spacious and in a nice shape in general. The owner is a very friendly lady, and her husband agreed to check us in very early in the morning! Also, WiFi is surprisingly good :)

One of the things I love about Airbnb is that sometimes you get a chance to encounter fine people. This is one of those cases. Ovsanna and her family are the finest people on the planet. Their kindness and hospitality is just humbling. They make you feel at home and a part of the family. Also the place is fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice. Everything is new, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and the whole place is sparkling clean and fresh. Very comfortable and safe. Most of the time my door was open and the whole neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. It’s great place for digital nomads who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. I definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come back again soon. Thanks for your kind hospitality 🙏🏽

很好的房东，愉快的两周假期。房间整洁，小院儿可以乘凉烧烤，一天不出门也很自在。有厨房可以方便地做饭。离大型商超很近，购物方便。附近的40路公交可以去城里。晚上可看城市夜景，白天可以远眺阿勒山。真的是个很超值的民宿。

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

Logement spacieux, système de boîte à clé pratique pour des arrivées tardives, airco disponible, très agréable cour où nous avons mangé dehors plusieurs fois et mignon jardin qui permet d'être au calme dans la ville animée de Yerevan. Chambres côté rues un peu bruyantes, par contre vue sur le Mont Ararat par temps clair :-) Nécessite de disposer d'une voiture ou de prendre des taxis pour se déplacer. Pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Logement très propre, hôte réactive, merci à Karine.

Спасибо за отличные каникулы. Комфортный дом для большой семьи. Удобное расположение спален, на два крыла. Зал просторный, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Грачик всегда был на связи и решал все вопросы немедленно. В 15 минутах ходьбы отличный торговый центр с супермаркетом, который работает круглосуточно. До центра города на такси 15 минут. Вообще мы чувствовали себя как дома! Спасибо за ваше гостеприимство!

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

This apartment is in a great location. Lots of restaurants just downstairs. It’s walkable to many Yerevan’s landmarks. The place itself was well renovated and clean. The host welcome package is very well done. It gives you all you need to know. We had a great time at this place and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Отличная квартира: замечательное местоположение, фото полностью соответствуют реальности, очень чисто и уютно! Вахан всегда на связи, готов помочь и подсказать всю необходимую информацию. В общем, отличный вариант как для уикенда, так и для длительного проживания.

Я и мои друзья были в полном восторге от этой квартиры. Очень уютно, даже стройка за окном не помешала. Очень понравилось подниматься 700 ступенек каждый вечер. Очень полезно после ужина. Хозяин быстро отвечал, решил все возникшие вопросы. Если вернемся в Ереван, то точно будем жить в этой квартире снова.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Zita's place was an absolute delight! It felt like a cozy home away from home. The location is top-notch, being right next to "Hraparak," the heart of the city. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, everything was just so convenient. Despite having a coffee shop next door, I found myself loving the Nespresso machine at home. Many thanks and can't wait to return. The apartment is incredibly clean and spacious. ❤️

We had a great experience a this place for the past 16 days. The apartment was spotless, cozy and warm and felt like home right away. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty happening in the neighborhood. Michael was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes. Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town.
