Home away from home, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jogja. The neighbourhood is very friendly if you take the time to get to know the people. Edi is always smiling and makes a great Coffe that can fix your mood on any day! Can't wait to come back to the Kampung and hang out with everyone.

Igor is a very helpful host. He was prompt to respond to all queries. The place itself is located near UGM and has lots of students around. The building staff is helpful with small shops and laundries located within the complex. The apartment is like the photos. It is clean and well maintained. Wifi works fine. The one flaw in the construction of the apartment is a missing wash basin. There is a kitchen sink which had to be used as a wash basin too.

This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

nice. bagus banget. tempat nya bersih. vasilitas super lengkap, bantal klonkurang ada banyak, kasur empuk, ada extra bed 2 kasur lipat. Udah smart tv, betah lah

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

Helda's Airbnb in Yogyakarta is an absolute gem! The apartment is fantastic—organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The super-fast internet connection was a huge bonus, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze with all the necessary amenities provided. The washing machine was another great feature, adding convenience to an already perfect stay! The apartment staff were all incredible, consistently friendly, helpful, and super attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. Helda herself is the highlight of the experience. She is a truly wonderful and caring host, going above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Her genuine kindness and warm personality shine through in everything she does. It’s rare to meet someone as thoughtful and accommodating as Helda, and staying here felt like being part of a family. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!!!

Super friendly, fast response, and helpful host. The space was clean and well maintained, the facility worked well (got internet TV and AC was cold!), contactless and flexible check in and out. My stay here was great. The apartment was as described and had pretty much everything I needed. The building has a great location for food options, but the best part is the rooftop pool. The Starbucks on the ground floor also comes in handy if you need to work. The communication with Nadisha went very smoothly. When I had a question or needed anything , the response and solution was quick.

Tempatnya bagus bgt dan di tengah2 kota, semua ruangan ada acnya even di living room juga, amenities juga super lengkap dan dikasih breakfast. Mantaaap pokonya👍🏼👍🏼

This is my third stay in this beautiful home. It’s a great neighborhood, It’s quiet, the house is spacious and well tended to by Pak Sorono, and Pak Bima is quick to respond and a good communicator. When I am planning my trips to Jogja, this is always my first choice. Highly recommended

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

rumah dekat dengan lokasi acara yang kami ikuti. beberapa bagian rumah masih berdebu dan di dalam kulkas ada 1 kecoa hidup waktu pertama kali kami masuk. bersebelahan dengan minimarket alfamidi jadi kami langsung beli cairan utk bersih bersih. cocok kalau hanya untuk transit semalam atau hanya untuk mampir istirahat saja.

secara umum enak tinggal disini , bisa muat 16 orang , tempatnya bersih , tenang , dekat kemana2 , waktu itu AC kurang dingin dan saya bantu untu servicenya dengan biaya sendiri.

Great Host Thank You 1 minggu stay di Kamudi Jogja, Host sangat ramah.. karena high season (lebaran holiday) Harga agak mahal ya.. mungkin next bisa di discount kalau longstay.. Setiap hari rumah dibersihkan, handuk juga di ganti.. Next visit, akan mampir ke Kamudi lagi.. terima kasih

Dekat dengan jalan Malioboro bisa berjalan kaki, rumah nya cocok untuk banyak orang
