The premise itself was amazing. It really feels like home. It has all the facilities that a household needs, so it's really convenient. It’s clean, it's nice, and it's homey. The location is perfect, near all the city attractions, supermarket, clothing stores, convenient stores, and the train station. I definitely will stay here again if I'm back to Otaru. The check-in and checkout process is also so simple. I'd say my experience staying here is 100/10.

It’s a lovely place to stay in. It’s close to most of the city attractions and quality restaurants. I’d choose to stay here again if I had a chance to visit OTARU again.

5명이 룸c, d를 8박 동안 사용했습니다. 레이아웃과 가구 배치가 너무나 실용적입니다! 세탁기와 욕실 시설도 너무 유용합니다. 인근에 드럭스토어와 난타루시장이 있고, 차로 10분거리안에 쿱마트와 이온몰이 있습니다~ 숙소 앞 대로변에서 오타루역까지 가는 버스도 많습니다. 도보로 이동 시 30분 소요 됩니다. 렌트를 하셨다면 오타루역 근처 유료주차장에 주차를 하고 돌아다녀도 됩니다~근처에 식당이 많지는 않지만, 인근이 반찬가게라는 식당을 2번 이용했는데 이모님 음식과 노래 실력이 일품입니다. 좋은 추억 만들고 잘쉬다 갑니다

Overall great place to stay, love the view, clean, responsive host and very nice apartment and everything provided for. Driving was bit of a challenge with snow and slushy small access road during winter.

Perfect for my short stay!

很好的入住体验，房间很干净，厨卫用品也很齐全，附近有很多餐馆，不过大多数都需要预约，如果想尝试的话建议提前预约。位置离jr站不远，唯一的美中不足是旁边好像有家ktv，周五晚上吵闹了一会儿，快到12点才安静下来，总体来说是很满意的体验。

房间干净整洁，被子柔软舒服！洗衣机可以烘干衣服非常方便

The price was reasonable, and the space was reasonably large, so it was good to live.

I have been to this house for the second time. Good location, the owner answer quickly. This year the breakfast is included and the small coffee is very nice with delicious family cooking food. Only problem is the bed mattress is quite hard. I really hope next year there could be a 敷布団 on the mattress.

It’s only accessible by driving, the parking lot is an area after passing thru and steep uphill, make sure your car has the ability to do that, other than that overall everything was perfect 👌

It was clean with wide space. The best thing is the location pretty near the station - a good choice when the snow is deep.

We had an excellent stay. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was perfect. Kitchen was great. Living space was very cozy. Family loved the hot tub. Hope to be back soon. Thank you to the Elite Havens team.

들어갈때 입력하는게 좀 어려움,, 입구 중앙에있는건 리셋버튼이고 버튼안눌리면 돌리는거 시계반대방향으로 360도 돌린뒤 비번입력후 다시 시계방향으로 360도 돌리면 됨 건물도 두갠데 하나는 비번락이있고 하나는없어서 걍 보고 들어가심될듯 숙소는 엄청 깨끗하고 넓어서 3명이서 묵었는데 방하나는아예안썻음 식기랑 뭐 없는게없는데 이게있다고? 한 일회용식기들도 따로있어서 좋았음 온천도 너무좋았음ㅠ또 올듯b

很難忘的北海道旅遊，謝謝Emiko總是努力的溝通提供建議， 房源是一個交通很方便的地方。而且樓下就有lawson，對於入住的旅客來說非常方便。 離電車及巴士也很近，雖然我們總是步行到大通及狸小路，對於我們而言在雪地裡散步也十分美好。 房源的景色十分美麗，暖氣也很溫暖，會再推薦身邊的人前往，也非常期待能夠再次造訪。

We enjoyed our stay at Lee’s Airbnb. It was clean and warm and as described. Easy to get inside and close to the city center. Right next to public transport. I would stay here again.
