位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

Die Unterkunft war nah an der Bahnstation und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert.

We had a great time staying here with young kids (5 and 3). The games, climbing apparatus, and overall kid-friendliness was so awesome. If only all airbnbs would have an indoor playground. The location is super. Easy distance with suitcases from metro and in the heart of the vintage shopping district with plenty of great restaurants.

Great place. Convenient at all. Masa-san is so responsive. We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights with 1 infant. Its close to highway drive to Niigata for snow and Tokyo for leisure. Its about 300-400 meter to train station but as we are driving own car so we not yet try. Terima kasih Masa-san! 🇲🇾 🇯🇵

一週間の滞在でしたが、どこに行くにもアクセスが良く、スカイツリーに近いため、閑静ながらも夜はスカイツリーの灯りで綺麗でした！ 記載通りの設備で、特に乾燥機付きのドラム洗濯機には一週間お世話になりました。 ホストのsatoshiさんは、常に連絡を取ることができ、滞在中分からない事があってもすぐに対応してくれました^ ^ また東京に長期の旅行に来る際はこちらに泊まろうと思います！

I had a lovely time staying at Akikito Apartment!! It's extremely well-stocked and clean. Tanaka-san even let me use the cargo lift to move my suitcases up, which was incredible. She was so sweet and efficient, always responsive. She even provides a free laundry service which is quick and so so nice (Japanese washing machines/drying can be tricky) It's a bit of a walk to both Ebisu/Hiroo stations, so be aware of that! But if the weather is nice, the stroll is lovely. Many restaurants and bars to choose from closer to the station. The actual apartment is very quiet and ideal for travelers who like to get away from the chaos. Thank you so much Akiko!! ♡

This is a top class property. homely, comfortable and very conveniently situated to move around Tokyo with minuyes away buses and trains . We would definitely stay here next time we visit.

I am travelling with 4 kids and 2 elderly. The place is very clean and spacious, fit for us. My kids are very happy because the house equipped with play station, so game time every night :)). The place has a very good location,,only couple minutes walk to kanamecho station The host is also very fast response and very helpfull everytime we need something, even allow us to keep our luggages after the check out time (outside but they have cctv, so it was very safe) Especially Rei,, thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Next time if we visit Tokyo,,surely will choose your place if available

We enjoyed the stay for a week. Everything was in good conditions and working fine per the house manual provided by the host in advance. It is located near Mitaka and Kichijoji Station where we could take trains to Mt. Fuji and Enoshima/Kamakura efficiently as well as frequent rapid trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Tokyo Stations. We also liked to get off at Shimo-kitazawa Station on the way back home to enjoy its young and hip vibes. However, it takes about 15 minutes to Mitaka Station on foot. There are many buses, but they are slow and still require more than 5 minutes walking. This was sometimes difficult for us when the weather was bad, or we were very tired from a long travel. Taxi costed about 1100 yen. The Japanese Taxi App called GO was very useful and easy to use. We recommend to have dinner and get the breakfast (or other groceries) at the Kichijoji Station area. There is a 7-11 convenience store near the house, but that is pretty much your only choice for food.

El alojamiento me pareció un sitio cómodo, tranquilo e ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Tokio. Muy bien comunicado con el metro de Tokio. Han sido muy atentos y hospitalarios en todo momento, respondiendo rápido a todas nuestras dudas y problemas. Si vuelvo a Tokio me volvería a alojar aquí.

We loved staying at Ted’s place on Enoshima! It was wonderful to stay directly on the island and in such a comfortable space too. I would highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends to have a blast at.

家族との滞在で利用させていただきました。一時帰国だったため親族が遊びに来ることを伝えると、快く利用を許可してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。駐車スペースの入口は少し狭めではありますが、東京など都会の駐車場に慣れてる人は気にならないと思います。 また宿泊先の近くに広い駐車場もあり、家族が遊びに来た時は利用させていただきました。 またwelcomecakeの差し入れも下さり、息子が大変喜んでいました。 ホストの方はとても親切で、どんな質問にもすぐに丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。 1階のリビングは広々としていて、ソファは10人ほど座れる広さがあり、大きなテレビもあって、家族みんなでくつろげる素敵な空間でした。キッチンやバスルームの設備も整っており、長期の滞在でも無理なく簡単な食事が作れるのがとても便利でした。 2階にはトイレ、キッチン、リビング、ベッドルームは3つあり、シモンズ製のベッドはとても寝心地が良く、長旅の疲れをしっかり癒せました。 また、ゴミの回収もこちらから連絡するとすぐに対応してくださり、サービスの行き届いた対応に感動しました。 横浜や東京方面へのバスもあり、車での移動もとてもスムーズでした。 心のこもったおもてなしと快適な滞在を、本当にありがとうございました。 これから宿泊先する方へ 春休みの土曜日、日曜日の夕方16:00-18:30ぐらいまでアウトレット～金田方面の道が大変渋滞します。ただ逆は方面とリラックスインホテルの駐車場側の道は問題なし。その時間だけ避ければ、本当に便利な場所なのでオススメです。

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

The place is very cozy and accessible near the station. The hosts were able to assist us on our requests. There are toiletries provided and they allowed us to use the washing machine and dryer. Overall experience was great! Thank you so much Yin! 😀

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

Great stay, felt right at home in this great neighborhood

The place we stayed at was a like a little studio apartment. It had everything we needed and it was at a good location for the train too. Short walk and no hills. It was very peaceful during our visit which is exactly what we needed on our vacation. Toshi was very responsive to our questions, but was also hands off which was great. 10/10 recommend!
