The stay was amazing - apartment was clean and tidy, very welcoming! The traditional Japanese style of apartment elevated our trip to Tokyo to another level! The location was amazing - Kita Senju surprised us with lots of Izakayas, easily accessible Combinis and 2 minute walk from Kita Senju station - there is literally no cons only pros for this place and the owner - who was always fast and helpful to respond to any of our questions 😁 おすすめです！

Our stay was amazing. Koji was very responsive to any questions we had, and even left some yummy snacks for my two year old. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of local things to do. Koji had a lot of great recommendations and tips. Loved that the airbnb caters to individuals traveling with children. We had a great time and hope to return again one day.

我們全家四人在這住了五天， 屋子保持的很乾淨，交通、吃東西、買東西也非常的方便，也很安靜。 入住的過程非常順利，有提供非常仔細說明。 屋內用品齊全，還有空氣濾淨器，讓鼻子超級容易過敏的我住的非常的舒適。 非常的滿意。 下次來日本表參道附近玩一定還會再來住。

登録されている住所がGooglemap未対応なのか一度別の場所へたどり着いてしまい掲載画像を頼りに探したところ見つけられました。 それ以外はほぼ全てにおいて期待値以上でたいへん満足しております。ありがとうございました。

A great place to stay! It's near the train station. They respond so quickly when you have questions. I am also able to work here, they have a strong wifi. The house is so clean! The most good thing is the train station line can go upto the airport. It wasn't a hassle.

総合的にとてもよかったです！！ サウナは、暖かくなるまでだいぶ時間はかかりますが、最高でした！ 他も綺麗だし、色々揃っているし大満足です。 以下、少しだけ気になったところ。 ・カラオケは、使用不可。充電が切れていたのか、故障していたのかはよくわからなかった。専用の充電器もなかった。 ・洗濯機周辺（浴室辺り）が排水溝の匂いでとても臭い。 ・焚き火は、手のひらサイズの穴から火が出るだけで、焚き火感はない。 ・BBQグリルは、火力が弱すぎる。 以下、掲載されてはいるものの要確認な点。 ・5人以上だとベッドが足りない。（5人だったので、2人でセミダブルで寝るところがでました。） ・キングベッドはシングルベッドを２つ並べたもの。 ・調味料はない。他の方が残してきたものはある。塩ない。 ・サランラップがない。

Cozy cottage in a quiet residential area. Toru's cottage is clean, well equipped, and perfect for a BBQ getaway - not too far from central Tokyo and has a large enough outdoor area. The fireplace worked perfectly and would have been amazing if it was colder during our stay.

Good overall

Ushka's place was fantastic! I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical since my wife and I are not exactly cat people, but decor aside the room is exceptional. The location is great - nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is close to yoyogi park. Only negative is that theres not a super close train station nearby and getting back to the airport took awhile. There's a short row of restaurants and shops a quick walk north that had a few nice breakfast and dinner options for us. Checkin was simple - code provided for the door. We were even offered early check in as no one stayed the night before us. The place is very cute - Ushka even put out some kids books and clothing for our daughter to use. The beds were the comfiest we had slept on in our 10 day visit to Japan. The bathroom is giant and includes a jaccuzi tub! The kitchen is well stocked and she even left out some snacks / drinks for us. Everything was very clean. I wish we stayed longer, we would definitely come back!

Mizuki is an absolutely wonderful host. She went above and beyond to help us out (e.g. helping us figure out transporation when the trains were down, etc). She was very communicative and very helpful. The place is a great stay for a group! Lots of amenities, central to all the places we wanted to go to in Tokyo, and a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to stay again and again!

Yuki’s place was great. We were four adult male friends in Tokyo and found it to be clean, spacious enough and walkable to Shinjuku or even Shibuya. Yuki was super responsive and helpful, recommending lots of food. Thanks Yuki! Would recommend.

airbnbのオーナーでもあり、素敵なワインショップを運営されているami hayamaの方々には、チェックイン当日開催のオルガンコンサートにご招待頂いたり、チェックアウト後も荷物をテラスに一時的に置かせて頂いたり、大変寛大にお世話になりました。立地は最高で、逗子の駅前で買い物した食材、近辺のスーパーで買い足した食材で色々お料理し、1階で購入させていただいたワインと共に食してうっとりとする時間を過ごせました！子供たちも大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Nothing short of the best stay in Tokyo. We were visiting the city because our son lives and works here. This apartment fitted us all. It is very pleasant decorated and the hosts really made an effort to make us very welcome. They picked us up at the busstation and the fridge was packed. The beds were comfy. We all liked this accommodation. We saw a lot from Tokyo , and we visited the restaurants, they were all good or very good. And in the neighbourhood we could do some groceries for breakfast and such. I am quite sure that everybody will love staying here. So thanks for taking care of us.

房间宽敞明亮，干净整洁，而且各类物品非常齐全，考虑的非常周到，入住之后和家里一样，非常温馨。步行2分钟就有便利店，5分钟还有个超市，也很方便。地铁的话在不同方向都有，很适合出行。最后再次感谢房东，帮助我解决了遇到的麻烦，下次有机会一定会再次选择入住～～

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale dans ce logement ! Tetsuro nous a attendu à la station de métro pour nous conduire la première fois au logement: top ! Logement tout petit (avec deux enfants, on rentre tout pile), mais il y a tout ce qui faut ! En plein cœur d’un quartier résidentiel, donc très calme et éloigné des touristes. Mais à la fois très près de tout Tokyo grâce aux stations de métro et gares toutes proches ! Le logement est moins bien en photo qu’en vrai. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

很合適家庭的地點，非常推薦。 我的同行旅伴中有孕婦和小朋友，也非常舒適及方便，暖氣調節充足。 建議行動不便者可住地下的房間，出入無阻礙。 過程中，每隔三天，可向屋主要求全屋清潔服務，非常驚喜。 我們有要棄掉的行李箱，及延後退房，均可付費及可用airbnb內的chatroom溝通去處理，便能處理。 位置很近京急蒲田車站，步行不需10分鐘 車站內及連接的商場，有食肆，7-11，超級市場，半夜想買日用品或食東西也不愁。 屋主人很好，我有次忘了時間，半夜留言他也回覆，並盡力幫忙解決問題。

Realmente fué un excelente anfitrión, su casa realmente me hizo sentir en un hogar. Japón es maravilloso, tiene gente tan linda y colaborativa, en especial Takashi, que me asesoro en mi viaje a Osaka con mucha amabilidad. Está fué mi segunda vez de hospedarme en su casa y lo volvería a escoger cuando regrese a Japón.

What a great house for my family! We were in Tokyo visiting family and friends, and felt right at home for the week we stayed here. Everything was so clean, and amenities were modern and accessible. The best part was how responsive our host was— always responding thoroughly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend this stay.

We wish we could give this place 10 stars out of 5! if you're considering this location- do yourself a favor and book it right away! The K-family were absolutely wonderful from picking us up at the train station for checkin to offering recommendations for our group. Our hosts were amazingly responsive and always so happy to help out. After staying here we all decided that whenever we get the chance to return to Japan we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. I cant express enough gratitude for the hospitality we were lucky to receive. We'll miss Japan once we leave but we'll always remember the care and helpful nature of the K-family. Thank you all so much! Hopefully we get a chance to see y'all again!

Yoshi san is very responsive and help us alot in arranging our private rental car for our trip to Mt Fuji and Shirakawago. His place is very cozy and only in front of the door already Sensoji Temple, we can go everyday. Its very recommended location.

lokasi yang tenang dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, namun sedikit jauh berjalan kaki ke stasiun, tempat luas untuk 4 orang, peralatan masak sangat lengkap, saya sangat menikmati masa menginap di tempat ini, terimakasih banyak!

Great first stop in Tokyo! Convenient walkable area with access to many places and public transportation nearby. Helpful host as well, would recommend.
