Wow, what an airy and light-filled apartment only a few minutes walk from the nearest station. The local area was perfect and meant everything you need was within a short walk. The size of the space was also generous and we slept well and felt relaxed. Nakano was always available to help out - thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic place. The location is great as its an easy walk to all the buzz of Shibuya, and also an easy stroll to the mark city bus station where the airport limousine buses depart from. The apartment was super clean, great to have a washing machine, and we liked that there was no key - just a door access code.

This place was right in the action, which is what I wanted from this experience. very happy 😁

We definitely would stay here again. We loved walking to Tsukiji to pick up fresh fish for breakfast before exploring Tokyo each day.

Great place and great location/value for a solo traveler or couple. The place was exactly as described, communication was clear, and the location near a main train stop made it very easy to get around. Would definitely stay there again.

Section L has a pretty strategic location, albeit not being right in front of a metro/subway station (you'd have to walk about 10 mins) but I didn't mind it at all since it means that you don't really get the noisy city bustle that usually comes with being right near a metro/subway. Since this is not a hotel, it's expected that we don't have people to clean our rooms regularly (you can ask Section L staff at cost), but they provide everything in-room so you can clean yourself! The amenities are great and supermarkets/konbinis are close by so you can grab anything you need within a 3-minute walking distance. Overall a good place to stay!

My first time visiting Tokyo. Stayed here with my husband and my sister and we loved it. Very close to the subway station and yummy restaurants nearby. There’s a ramen place right across from the 711 that was probably the best food we had during our entire trip. Thanks for everything!

About 6-7 minutes walk to Omori station. Very convenient and quiet neighbourhood. Room was spacious enough to open two luggage bags. Convenience stores are 2 minutes walk. It was a perfect stay

This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to some nice restaurants nearby and a nice fruit market nearby. Perfect location to access Shinjuku, Shibuya and Roppongi.

A short walk from train station along a main road. Ken’s place was clean and comfortable for 4 of us.

We had an amazing time in Tokyo at Ted’s place. The apartment was fairly easy to get to and a nice place to come back to after exploring the busy neighborhoods of Tokyo. Having a washing machine was a great help too. Ted was very communicative. Make sure to pass by Kepo Bagels for a delicious breakfast snack (get it toasted with one of their cream cheese spreads). Ramen Koike was awesome too.

We are a family of four including 2 kids and stayed for about one week here in peak winter - the new year holidays in Japan. Property is clean, with rays of morning sun, bathing you through the windows. Kids loved the Alexa in house! The location is very close to subway station and made hopping to bustling shinjuku,Tokyo stn and Yamanote line very easy and comfortable. The convenience stores are at a minute s walk away and a 24 hour open small supermarket is also very close. The place is good for two adults , however two kids could be accommodated easily. The host is very helpful and can communicate well in English. He cared and arranged any thing that we required. When we landed at Haneda Airport, he even arranged a pick up for us , which brought us to the property hassle free, and with a beautiful route through Tokyo skyline. The lift is small but luggage could be transported easily. We enjoyed cooking at the house on 1 Jan when everything was closed. Loved the stay!

Such a cozy spot away from the excitement of Shibuya! Nobu was an excellent host--really responsive, helpful, and friendly. They were able to help with luggage delivery services and handled my luggage with care. The accommodation itself is surprisingly really spacious and well-designed, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The furniture and bed are all really comfy. The walk to the space is 15-20 minutes from Shibuya Station, and there is a rather steep hill as well. Further, there's a few sets of stairs before making it to the front door. Definitely take your time making your way to the space, especially with walking up/down the stairs. There are so many restaurants and izakayas just 5-10 minutes' walk away, with a konbini/convenience store just a quick trip down the street (after you make it up the stairs haha). I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet spot in Shibuya!

Great place to stay if you’re in Tokyo! A quiet neighborhood with walkable distance(8min) to Shirokanetakanawa Station and bus stops to Shibuya and Roppongi. The room was just as described, clean, modern and full of amenities. It was little bit tiny but pretty normal for Tokyo. Would definitely recommend!

Kazuya was a great host, picked us up at airport and helped us check in, he also picked us up and took us back to the airport. Kazuya speaks English and provided instructions on how to get to the nearest train station. His place is authentically Japanese, it was hard for me to get used to the Tatami mats, but it was an experience. His place was clean and provided a clothes washer, the kerosene heaters kept us warm at night, quiet and safe neighborhood. We met two of his kids, he loves his family and is a wonderful host. Muy buen apartamento, limpio y espacioso, a 12 minutos andando de la estación donde hay supermercado, restaurantes, etc. y en 45 min de tren estas en el centro de Tokyo. En 10 minutos de tren estas en zonas muy comerciales como Machida o Hachioji. Zona muy tranquila ideal para descansar despues de un dia de turismo. El primer día el propietario te espera a la hora de llegada (vive en el piso de abajo) y te explica como funciona todo, desde el agua caliente, la lavadora, el climatizador, etc. Al no tener ninguna incidencia no ha habido interactuación directa posterior pero es rapido respondiendo correos. No está en el centro de Tokyo, pero se agradece la tranquilidad. Repetiría seguro.

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

The apartment is comfy, light and has it all, all that is needed. It is a discrete location in a wonderful special part of Tokyo. Akari was very responsive and supportive.

Convenient, private, quiet, well equipped apartment matching the description and expectations. Host was clearly communicating and acting proactively on all steps of the visit and stay. Very nice experience! Ideal location for us during the Tokyo Marathon that was the purpose of our visit. The location was ideal for a good night rest..no street/tourist noises. And good connectivity to the city. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with a family of 5 for the Tokyo Marathon. The apartment is spacious and well located near the imperial palace and shopping and we could walk everywhere. The place is located on the 4th floor of a walk up. The shower was always hot and had good pressure and the washer dryer was very helpful for our post marathon laundry needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was our second time at Masakatsu‘s apartment and we really love it! The beds are really comfy and the room is very clean, and spacious and has everything you might need. The onsen was great, too! As he says, it’s no problem being heavily tattooed and the water was really relaxing! We‘re definitely coming back!
