Another beautiful stay here at the zen den! This has been my go-to place since every time I come to California. Love the home and the location. I highly recommend!!

Great place, nice and clean, just what we needed. Only negative was that the Netflix didn't work. We would stay here again if we need to go to Davis again.

Yana was quick to respond and the place was lovely! The space felt open, modern, and it was tastefully decorated. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were super comfy memory foam mattresses. There was some train noise, but that did not bother us at all, and earplugs were provided in case you are sensitive to noise - we did not need them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay! My family and I spent two months here, and we truly felt at home. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location for peaceful walks. It has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. Tonya was always available for any questions and made sure everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. The property was easy to find, great location and a stones throw away from downtown Sacramento and Sutter health Park. The accommodative were great and I would consider to be better than a 5 star hotel. All the conveniences of being at home. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. I was also surprised to see that there was a wireless Apple Watch charger and a wireless phone charger. This was great since I did forget my watch charger. There was also an adjustable back light mirror in the bathroom. All these features added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Sacramento area.

Selected Tim’s property for a Field Hockey tournament at UC Davis. This wonderful home exceeded all expectations for everyone in the group including my husband, 2 teen daughters and my parents. Super clean, thoughtful design, plenty of space to gather as well as retreat to private bedrooms. Walkable to all the diverse restaurants and shops in downtown Davis. We will definitely return!

Irina’s beautifully decorated home was the perfect location to UCD. Her home was clean and had all the amenities. She even had some Local gifts for us. Irina is a great host and was flexible with our schedule checking in earlier. She has great love and pride in her home as it shows in how warm and comfortable her home feels. We will be back again.

The house was lovely. With three bedrooms and lots of beds, the set up was perfect for our family. We also loved having a kitchen and space for the kids to play. The house was very clean, and there were lots of small details that added to the convenience (e.g., shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, coffee maker, bike in the garage). Brooke was very quick to respond to my questions (I'm a bit Airbnb illiterate, and she remained friendly even when I asked silly questions). The fenced backyard is great and has a grill. The neighborhood is adorable. We did not end up needing to rent a car because we could walk to our family that we were visiting and were also able to walk to a couple nearby grocery stores. If you do have a car, it's a short drive to downtown and campus. If we come back, we'll definitely check to see if this house is available again!

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

It's a beautiful place in the countryside not far from the town of Woodland or Davis. The place is small, but well-organized and more than comfortable for a couple and a little dog. The bed is really comfortable, soft but supportive. The kitchen is fully functional, well-stocked and equipped. We prepared several meals there and all was good. It is nice to walk along the country roads to soak in the sunshine, the sights and sounds of many birds, and the beautiful scenery. The pool area is really nice as well. The host was really quick to respond to our needs. We would be happy to stay with her again!

We had a wonderful stay at Craig’s place! As a Tesla owner, we really appreciated the convenience of the destination chargers. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and while there was a smell of burnt wood, it didn’t take away from our overall great experience.

I had a great stay at Curtis's farm. The yurt is wonderful. The surroundings are beautiful. Baby goats are a plus. The farm is very peaceful and enjoyable to walk around. A great place to have serenity and peace. Read a book. Not far from Davis and Winters, which are great places to explore. One of my favorite Airbnb's.

We had a great stay! I was here for a conference with some colleagues and the collective gasp we gave as we walked in was hilarious! We loved this listing. It is incredibly beautiful. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are in greta condition. This is a great listing!

Traveling for work, and this was 1 mile away from our job site. It was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people, and very private. I felt right at home. Beautiful surroundings, had we not been working, we would have explored the area even more than we did. Restaurants were close by, and so were grocery stores. 10/10

This cozy Casita is in a great peaceful neighborhood with easy access to parks, shopping, and restaurants. The space has everything you need, and the unit is quiet and comfortable. Juana was great - quick to respond, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Tidy and spacious, the unit provided everything we needed for the stay. The neighborhood is quaint, friendly, on a well-trafficked thoroughfare with ample, all-day street parking. If you're a light sleeper, imagine rush hour traffic as crashing waves. Alex was easy to communicate with. Recommend.
