Le logement est très propre et très bien situé. J'aime beaucoup que tout soit indiqué dans l'appartement, ça permet d'être indépendant si on le souhaite. Gregory est très avenant et a également beaucoup aidé pour l'installation dans les lieux et les questions au fur et à mesure du séjour.

Received very clear instructions from the host on how to enter the room. Host is very nice and reacts super quickly. Room was clean and suited us perfectly. The location is super close to an MRT station which is a huge plus.

Gregory is an amazing host, very attentive, respectful and proactive. The place is clean, centric, close to many restaurants and walking distance to the subway station. Would totally recommend for long stays!

very nice appartement in an interesting area, but still very calm. we stayed there with 3 people which was very comfortable.

Super friendly host very clear instructions, also let me to do a late checkout, location is very convenient as it is very close to powerbay metro stop, EU socket or adapter could be great, apartment needs a bit renovation or at least a fresh painting but what you pay what youget and matches the description and listing would stay again

The place is literally a few meters away from MRT! There are also nearby establishments like Muscle Centre Gym, a laundry place, convenience stores, bank/atm, supermarket. Also, Shida night market area is very near. Great place to Stay if you’d like to go to lots of places in Taipei.

Nice little room with private bathroom, great for solo travellers. A bit noisy at times, because it's located right at a main street, so if you have light sleep keep that in mind. But other than that, location is great as it's very central and right at an MRT station, so you can easily explore the city from there and there are many good food spots nearby. Anne is a great host, easy to reach, and let me even check-in earlier and check-out later :)

Olga’s place is very good place to stay. The location is so close with MRT Gongguan G07, green line by walking in 2-3 minutes. This area has many local foods both in the morning and night. There are also have a 7-11 and family mart in front of this place. This place is very safe and peaceful. It’s stay in the middle of MRT station and middle of Taipei city. One important thing is transportation from Taoyuan airport to this place, it’s so easy and comfortable. You can take the Taoyuan Express airport line to Beimen G13, green line and then to Gongguan G07 exit no.1 She is very nice, friendly, fast response and kind She is a good advisor for recommend all of things such as local food restaurant, shopping mall, attractive places and the way to go there Finally, I would recommend my friends for staying here if they go to Taiwan Thank you for your kindly help :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Ming's place. The location is excellent. Very close to stations. Very quiet area and the room has nice lighting with the big windows. Very clean. Ming is a very nice and responsive host.

Really comfortable stay in a great location in Taipei. Responsive host and easy to understand check in procedures and amenities. Only caveat is that this is a 6th Floor walkup which can make it difficult for people with luggage or people with mobility issues, and the washer/dryer units are coin operated when I feel it should be included for the fee.

Anne was a good host and always respond to questions. The location was the best! The Taipower Building MRT station was easily accessible within 1 minute walking distance. All the amenities (ie, food, shopping, etc) are all close by. A coin operated laundry service is across the street. Over all, had a great time!

The stay at this listing near Shi Da 師大 is as described. It's INCREDIBLY close to all the amenities, including the school, restaurants and a stone's throw to the subway. As described, the climb up to the unit is probably the most special (for better or worse) part about this listing, as its a daily 6-floor climb and down a pretty good-sized building. So, please do be prepared for this, or look forward to the daily exercise. :) Finally, one good and bad thing experienced during my 1-month stay here. In my original unit, there was quite a bad smell coming from the pipes of the bathroom. But, upon reporting to Ming Chun, he immediately moved me to an available unit, free of charge. He was very responsive and understanding of the situation. All in all, it was an excellent stay!

Très bon studio, quartier agréable, une hôte très réactive, j’ai passé un bon séjour. Quelques petits points négatifs sur la qualité du matelas, et l’isolation sonore, mais comme le quartier est tranquille cela reste tout à fait convenable. Je recommande!

Beautiful area and very quiet. Like the local community, near the train and local transit and the friendly neighbors.

Anne’s hospitality is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we arrived at the correct location and had all information and a detailed orientation of the building. The pool and hot spring is awesome but it is located about a 5-7 min walk beyond the community near IKEA which was unexpected but we got used to it. Location is convenient to MRT, UBike, Restaurants etc. Security guards are friendly. Space and community are both clean and quiet. Overall great but large community. The space is as described. The beds and blankets are comfy and the decor is chic. The building is earthquake proof because we experienced one while there: ). Anne was nice to check in and comfort us. I highly recommend her space.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

내집처럼 편안하게 머물다왔습니다^^ 빌려주시는 차가 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 시내와 거리는 차로 20분정도입니다 북적이는것을 싫어하는 저희에게 딱이었어요 웰컴드링크와 스넥, 물도 준비되어있어서 감동이었습니다 대부분의 생활용품도 다 있어요! 사라님읏 의사소통도 잘되시고 친절하십니다 여럿이서가도 서로의 프라이버시를 지킬수있습니다 드레스룸이 있어서 옷보관도 편해요!

We loved staying at Cindy’s beautiful place!! Everything was just like the pictures and descriptions. Cindy was very responsive and a great communicator. We loved the location too. Easy access to the MRT, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay again.
