We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

I really loved this little air bnb. I will definitely be back and this will be my go to spot whenever I visit Freddy. It is central and walkable and in a great Neighbourhood. The layout is great, Andrew is a great host, and it is gorgeously done. The bathroom is beautiful and the apartment has everything you would need!

This location was very convenient close to everything very spacious the Jacuzzi tub not functioning and was too cold to take a shower. That was a disappointment. If the heating was updated, this would be an A+ plus location granted it’s cold in Maine, but with the heating it would be very enjoyable.

My adult son and I were in Fredericton for 1 week visiting family and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place were we could each have our own space. At Montclair's, we each had our own bedroom. Very spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our home away from home for 1 week. Location was perfect as it was a 1 minute drive from our family. Highly recommend for anyone.

Elaine was so great and helped us after a last minute need to stay in the area after we had a deer encounter with our car on the highway! She approved our booking in the late hours, had the entry well lit for our arrival, and the fireplace turned on to make sure we were so cozy and able to rest. Also, Elaine was super generous in the morning making sure we had breakfast because we had no vehicle to get into town. Thank you again

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a perfect location in downtown Fredericton. Easy walk to restaurants, galleries, and bars. Would highly recommend.

Great spot to stay in Aroostook County. The kitchen is the best equipped I’ve experienced - even has a food processor and a ninja blender. Very communicative host.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Fredericton, close to everything. We loved the various modern touches. It was very clean and welcoming with complimentary products. The room temperature remained comfortable and warm. We unfortunately did not have enough hot water for our three individual showers in the morning and think it must be due to the very cold weather this weekend (maybe the tank froze)? We were unsure if our conversations after our Saturday night out would disturb the neighbors in the other unit (we hope not) as we heard footsteps above us and wondered if they could hear us. Maybe the walls are thin? We ended up being cautious and had no issues. The hosts proactively sent and responded to messages in anticipation of our stay, and checked in on us during and after. We are confident that they would have helped us if we had needed assistance or stayed longer. Not only would we recommend this place, we would happily stay there again!

The space was easy to locate, private, clean, and exactly as posted. The check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond when we had issues. We were disappointed there was only a tiny TV with no sign-in for streaming services but it wasn't posted that they had that, it was just my expectation. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We have stayed 2 separate weeks over the course of a year. The carriage home suits all of our needs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and pillow selections, and the peacefulness of the property makes it easy to relax. The living room couches are comfy and having access to a washer/dryer within the unit is appreciated. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking needs. Lee has always been very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was quick to clear the snow during our recent stay. We will happily return for future stays.

Joelle was excellent! A perfect stop over on our trip out East. She was really quick with her responses and gave clear directions on how to get to her place. We got in pretty late during both our stays and Joelle had everything set up for us from a welcoming bottle of wine to several options for breakfast the next day. Great hospitality! Would highly recommend!

A nice and comfortable place to stay near downtown Fredericton. It was conveniently located a short walk from the convention centre, where I was attending a conference. I’d recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay with Samantha and Shawn. It was beautifully decorated, clean and quite. I felt quite at home. I'll be visiting again!

Place is beautiful. A lot of character in the home itself. You won’t be disappointed. Susan was very responsive and helpful. Conveniently located to the square for a nice walk to dinner.

Carl met us when we pulled in. Could talk with him and his wife forever. Discovered later on that my daughter’s boyfriend and Carl might be distant cousins. Felt like the place was ours to use, come and go as we pleased, very accommodating for our snowmobiles etc.

Lovely place to stay! Very quiet country setting yet still close to town. Yummy baked goods left for us to enjoy!
