The place was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Location is great, about 15 minutes outside of downtown Portland. Nice & quiet, beautiful area. Gregory was a great, responsive host. Place is worth the money we payed. Will likely book again.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Alicia’s place is better than portrayed in the pictures. There is beautiful light. The kitchen is wonderful. The surroundings are very peaceful. It is located very close to York Village and the York beaches. We definitely recommend this place.

Awesome place! If you've always wanted to stay in a 5-star AirBnB, this is it. Spotlessly clean, great surroundings, private and very welcoming. Everything was perfect, in great condition and exactly like the listing. We don't give out 5-star ratings very often so you can bet this one is genuine. Very highly recommended.

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Who knew that inside an assuming building is a massive, quirky and cute space? It’s also in the perfect location close to restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and the space to host friends or family. The host was responsive. As someone who has lived in Portland and in many historic homes, it’s very normal for even the best renovated places to have a couple of more rustic details (wear & tear). The previous review disgracing this place is by someone who clearly this was not a match (they should have stayed in a modern hotel). It’s obvious that the host has been incrementally restoring this place and putting their own sweat in to make it a great airbnb. I would definitely stay here again. No question.

Excellent stay over about ten days. Very convenient location. Just a block from the Amtrak station. Quaint downtown that's getting heavy development. Plenty of dining options. Central heating works really well. Older building, but this 2nd floor unit is comfortable and cozy. Free use of shared washer and dryer in the basement. Travis is pretty accessible if you need to reach him for any reason.

Lovely apartment downtown Portland with lots of stuff to do nearby

We had a wonderful stay here! Easy check in and being able to park with parking provided was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portland!

When we arrived, it was 9 degrees with the wind chill factor below 0. Tracy and Gordon went out of their way to come out to our SUV to greet us in these conditions. They wanted to help us bring our luggage in. Although we declined, that was very thoughtful of them, and we greatly appreciated the thought. We highly recommend Tracy and Gordons place to stay!!! We had such a great time staying at Michelle’s. It was a fair rate for being so close to all of the downtowns offerings. Super quick walk to our favorite, Empire. Her place was clean and inviting. It served us as a great landing pad for our short stay. Will definitely try to stay here again for future shows.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great spot - set away on a quiet street, but close enough to walk to the Portland Art Museum, restaurants and shops. The beds are comfy, the shower has great pressure, and the kitchen has lots of amenities. Carolyn was a responsive host, and her space is cozy and full of light. Would definitely visit again!
