Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

The place was great to stay at. We stayed pretty busy in Portland as Old Orchard Beach was pretty much shut down this time of year. There were a few things about the place that make it a little awkward (short ceilings, narrow and steep steps to the second level and the top level flooring was pretty uneven) but all things that are in the description, so please read that fully. Everything about the house, rules, check in and check out were all well detailed and the host was wonderful.

We had another great stay at Sandy's place. This was our 4th annual birthday celebration. The place is perfect for our family- the layout is so comfortable, with space for everyone to spread out, yet be together. We love the upgrades to the place- new game table, updated bathroom and new coffee pot! But the best feature is the pizza oven which we take full advantage of- it is such a fun way to dine together! The location is perfect- we walked to the beach both days even in the cold, because it so beautiful at Goose Rocks Beach. Thank you Sandy! We will be back.

Our group of 5 adults were so pleased we chose to stay at Jason’s house in Old Orchard Beach. We first looked at places in Portland, but Jason’s spacious house offered a quieter setting, with parking and more amenities, at a better price. Comfortable beds, immaculate throughout. Very thoughtfully appointed, with nightstands on both sides of the beds, and superior blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And we ended up spending less time in Old Port, because we enjoyed exploring the towns south of Portland: Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, and we found good restaurants (including Holy Donuts!) nearby. We had no issues: we contacted Jason to confirmed our arrival/departure and he responded within minutes. We highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s place. Very accommodating and went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable for our vacation. House was comfortable and worked well for our large family. Super close to everything! Hoping we can make it back next year.

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

This was our 4th year staying at Sandy Cove to celebrate Christmas with our entire family. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate overnight stays. We love the 2 dining room tables and refrigerators. We had a small issue with a clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to Mike and he sent someone over to fix it within a few hours. We hope to stay again next year!

This place is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach, facing the water, with amazing ocean views from almost every spot in the house. The open concept kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for family time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The master suite is a dream - wake up to the waves, soak in the large jet tub, enjoy a large walk-in closet. Quality linens and towels throughout. Well stocked kitchen. The bar and pool table area provided fun entertainment. This was a wonderful getaway in luxury. The elevator was not working while we were there, but was due to be repaired within the week. The host communicated throughout the stay, offering local recommendations and checking in to be sure everything was ok with our stay. Would be a perfect place for a family event as well. Highly recommend!
