Great place and loved being in the woods yet seeing the River. Would definitely return as everything we could ever ask for was right there.

This place is AMAZINGGG I came with a few friends for my birthday and it was so peaceful! Brian was very friendly and helpful, even with something small like the WiFi going out, he came right over and reset the router and was very friendly! I would 100% rent this place again and hope to for the summer!

Our stay with Wendy & Rob was great! They met us at checkin to make sure we understood the smart lock and were always very responsive. Super friendly and it was a great place!

My wife and I spent 4 days at the cottage in early spring. The cottage is very secluded, cozy and the views from the living area picture windows are amazing. The magnolia tree was in full bloom and felt like it filled the room. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage has great water pressure. Kara is a wonderful host and the cottage is equipped to be a home away from home. We definitely plan on coming back in the fall.

This house was exactly what my family needed! We had a mix of children and adults and it fit us perfectly. The house is in a small neighborhood which I didn’t realize, but it felt like we were the only ones there which was awesome. The water is across the street from the front door. A nice little porch for a sunrise as well. It came stocked with plenty of blankets for movie nights as well as coffee for the mornings. We reached out to the host with a question about the hot tub and he responded and stopped by to make sure it was taken care of within a few hours. 10/10 recommend this house

Everything with the house was just great. The house and exterior were clean and free of clutter. We had a short stay for opening day fishing weekend. Easy access to the river for fly fishing and just downstream from the Allenbury. We even caught a few nice sized trout in the creek right in front of the house. Short drive to other sections of the Yellow Breeches Creek. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

I have been a fan of vanlife and tiny living since 2018 in high school. This was the first time I got to experience staying in one. I booked a quick 2 day getaway for me and my partner to re-connect. It was STUNNING. The decor is so friggin cute. It’s a beautiful loft with a homey farmhouse vibe that made us feel right at home. There wasn’t much bad at all lol, I would 1000% book again. The Good: -fairy lights downstairs & outside -stocked kitchen -emergency essentials -extra blankets -firepit -heating & ac on demand (Honestly they had everything we could think of. Even a BEAUTIFULLY detailed book about everything in the house and places to go outside the house with so many menus for takeout) The Bad: - shower got freezing cold randomly every time we showered (it’s a tiny home, so it’s to be expected) -advertised a tub but we didn’t see one (i assume it was taken out) The only thing that would make this place 11/10 is a hot tub lol.

The barn is beautiful. Situated on a pond, this place is perfect for families or anyone looking for breath of fresh air. The hosts were extremely communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible. There are many areas of the property to explore - fishing in the pond, chickens, fire pit, and hot tub. The barn itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the farmhouse. Everything was perfect. The house and landscaping are immaculate. The bridges over the ponds delightful and the perfect getaway for a city couple. Adam was extremely responsive and so helpful. We couldn’t recommend this property more.
