Stephen's place was great. More than enough space and close to restaurants.

Myra is very friendly, and lives next door. I met her husband as well, who was also very nice. But though they were very nice, they were not invasive and left me to my own privacy. The home is squeaky clean, the bed that I used was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed. I would definitely come back, if in the area.

The place was clean and cute. We had 6 people and it was more than spacious. The location is an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charlotte and the hosts were very responsive to quick questions. I would return should I be in the Charlotte area again.

David is so sweet he responded in seconds he did everything to make sure our stay was good he even bought extra remotes and brought them by my guest we’re happy and home is gorgeous 😍

This place is a beautiful spacious historic home on 2nd floor of downtown building. Very private and quiet. The claw foot tub in its own room was like something royalty would have. Easy walking to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and many unique shops and a huge indoor consignment market. We felt very safe in town. Communicating with Morgan was like talking with a friend. We highly recommend staying in this home. It is a great experience!

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. We booked Storeytime as a place to stay on our way to Florida. We loved it so much that we decided to stay there again on our way back. The place was very nicely appointed and Kedron was very helpful in recommending places to eat and general check in as this was our first time renting ever. We felt right at home and look forward to coming back.

Perfect, peaceful getaway! The apartment was clean and comfortable and the covered porch with beautiful view of the woods was wonderful for relaxing, enjoying coffee and a book or a meal. Ginger’s warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home.
