The house was absolutely stunning and well furnished! The pictures posted were amazing but actually being in the home was absolutely breath-taking. The cost was well worth the experience! The house is extremely spacious inside (for my family of 9) and the exterior was the icing on the cake between the fire pit, lake activities (kayaking provided), and just relaxing in the pool or on the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood is all newly developed luxury homes right next to a golf course. Restaurants and shopping centers are about 10-15 mins away. Adam & Caleb were excellent hosts and were extremely welcoming! I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! What a beautiful house! Right on the water, nature everywhere, and peaceful tranquility. The house looked just like the photos but the size of the rooms aren't conveyed well in the photos. The bedrooms were huge as was the kitchen and living areas. The most well stocked home I've ever stayed in, with everything you can think of and more. We booked it for a girls weekend and never left the house for anything but food, and only because we had already decided we weren't cooking. Many great restaurants near by, so that was a plus. Will definitely book with Dean again!

This was the perfect location to stay during a weekend volleyball tournament held at the Rock Hill sports center. The house is located across from recreational facilities and parks, and it feels like a calm residential area even though it’s a quick drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. The house has been renovated beautifully, and we found the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again (especially with the full kitchen!) over choosing a single hotel room for the whole family.

Wow, just wow!! We had an incredible 5 star experience/extended stay at this property and it’s hard to know how to best describe it. To begin with, it felt like home the minute we walked in. Too many wonderful details to list all, but here are some of our favorites: -welcome gift -clean and well decorated home -beautiful view and outdoor living space -safe and friendly neighborhood -comfortable bed -exceptionally well stocked kitchen -great local recommendations We made so many great memories during our stay! I really could go on and on. Most importantly, though, Lindsey is a very responsive and attentive host. As hosts ourselves, we highly recommend this property and would happily return to it in the future. Thank you, Lindsey! We could not have asked for more.

David is so sweet he responded in seconds he did everything to make sure our stay was good he even bought extra remotes and brought them by my guest we’re happy and home is gorgeous 😍

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We spent some of the time visiting Carowinds, which was an easy ~20 minute drive away. My whole family really loved the backyard setup here - the paved space was great for basketball (and a bunch of other games) and for the kids to ride their scooters. The turf area out back is also very unique and made me want to install something similar at our house - it even was pretty quick to dry after we got some rain. The house itself was also very comfortable for our family of 5. This is a very professionally set up house in terms of organization and instructions - clearly a pro rental setup and nicely done. The place was also very clean. Would stay here again!

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. Provided space and amenities were just right for our 2 teens, German Shepherd, wife & me. We have family friends in the area, so we are likely to return to this listing. We might bring our own kayaks next time just to balance out our options and in case the pontoon boat isn't available. I will remain a smidge jealous of the kitchen when I get home. My height-challenged spouse might've appreciated a step-stool for some cabinets and for using the clothes-dryer. We appreciated the selection of board games during the rainiest days and that the home seemed to be free of manufactured scents (like scented candles, etc.). Turns out, the water off the dock will yield some fun catfish catches. Cast southward and let it sit about 2 to 3 feet under a bobber. We baited our hooks with doughballs blended with cheese, Italian dressing, & brown sugar. Caught 8 in total during the last 2 days of our stay.

Great place for a lake weekend! I stayed here with 4 of my girlfriends and we had so much fun. There were plenty of floats, life jackets and activities for all of us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend staying here with your friends or family if you're looking for a little getaway.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

Hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. We came down for spring break with our teenage children. The home was clean. No dust. No dirt. The yard was well kept as well as the dock. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The renter came through with recommendations of local rentals and local things to go see. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The downside is coming in spring, many activities were not available during the weekdays while we were there since it is their off season. Since it is a small town and not a big tourist place, it is a bit difficult to find shirts or trinkets to take home as a souvenir. But Echo boutique was perfect and right around the corner along with a local Walmart.

Host was very responsive, willing to accommodate our changes and just overall superior experience!! The location is beautiful, my daughters enjoyed fishing in the dock. Great owners and would highly recommend !!
