Dustin repeatedly said in the feedback comments "you should have messaged me" so when I couldn't find something I did. I'm glad I did! I couldn't find something and sure enough I just didn't look hard enough so I was very glad I messaged him. He got right back to me and all was good. Also, I think I read someone had trouble finding the entrance which is mind boggling - it was pretty easy to find and it wasn't like there were tons of options soooo.... Overall the apartment was really cute and had what I needed though I was just there for 2 days and didn't need much except a bed and a shower! It was bright, comfortable and omg the backyard was amazing. I was hesitant to book part of a home, but I think I was the only one there so it was a non-issue. Good chance I'll be back to Norfolk so highly likely I'll end up there again. Thanks, Dustin!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and pictured. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness around the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the towels were plushy and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliance you will need. You can’t beat the beach access in this place, I loved that it was north or the tourist area which made it more quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed ourselves. We traveled for our anniversary and had a peaceful relaxing time. We enjoyed sitting under the pergola, despite the cooler ocean breeze- it's November after all- we watched the sunrise and had morning coffee while watching the water. The space was VERY clean and comfortable. Host took care of a beeping smoke detector in another unit for us and informed when there might be noises upstairs. I appreciated that extra communication. Host informed of issue with jacuzzi in advance with his apologies. Again, appreciated!

After being disappinted with the local hotels on several occasions I decided to give Airbnb a try. I found this little gem. I stayed one night. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The community was quiet. It was very convenient to Hampton University, some good restaurants, and the Peninsula Town Center. I would stay there again.

The place was so clean and the location was very private. Being able to use the kayaks was amazing. The only thing was the table was still wet with paint and one of the kayak carts had a flat tire. Other than those small things we had a great experience here.

Erin has been the BEST host I’ve came across on this app! she was so quick to respond and extremely helpful when it came to any questions I had. Definitely will be back again! Beautiful home, very spacious, and amazing views!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Host is responsive. Note that the only way to bathroom is through one of the bedrooms.

So many great things I can say about this place. Very clean,pictures were as advertised. Spacious for my family and I. The beach was awesome to wake up to every morning. The host was quick and responsive and very helpful. If anyone wants to get away to a beach house this is the best property to do it. My kids cannot wait to comeback. The master bathroom was awesome! Giant shower. I really dnt have anything negative to say about this property. It was a wonderful experience for my family and I. We will 100% be back to visit during the summer

Stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. Everything was great! Very serene and beautiful surroundings, the house fully equipped with everything you need to go fishing. We even went out of our comfort zone and tried out the canoes. It was an all-around good experience. The location is not too far from beaches great restaurants, and also a casino. For a small intimate family gathering. The Host sent an extensive and well thought out list of everything you can think of, from to how to get there & what to do when you’re there also he was very responsive.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

For us the large backyard and multiple bedrooms was the best thing- just what we needed for family and pets!

Amazing home

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

We had an unforgettable week at this beautiful and serene waterfront home celebrating our father’s 80th birthday and Thanksgiving. The setting was absolutely stunning, with incredible views from every room. Being remote and surrounded by water brought a sense of peace to everyone. We loved getting up early every day to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and took advantage of the sunset for photos off the entrance and back deck. The home was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The kitchen was a dream—perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving feast—and there was plenty of space for our family to gather, relax, play games and share stories. Nichole was a delight and I appreciated both hers and Paula's availability in ensuring we were comfortable. Thank you both for making this so memorable. This home was perfect -- something for everyone. My family is already asking to go back and I hope that we will!

Had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's condo. One of the cleanest AirBnBs I've ever stayed at, and one of the most thoughtfully supplied and laid out. Beds were super comfortable. Could see the ocean from the windows! Jennifer was also super responsive, replying immediately to any questions. (Communications were very efficient and easy with having added my husband and parents to the reservation even though I booked it, so my mom was able to reach out with questions independently of me since they arrived before I did.) The condo is easy to get to from the main thoroughfare in Norfolk and worked very well for going to and from my brother's house. Parking was never an issue even with 2 cars. Would definitely stay again! Hopefully get to experience it during beach season next time :)

We very much enjoyed our first stay in Williamsburg at this location! It was great to have a local coffeeshop within walking distance. Views of the pond were wonderful, and we even saw an eagle from our balcony. The James River is a short walk away and was lovely also. Would recommend!

Merlyn and Rick are outstanding hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time. The view was stunning, the place was clean, organized and pet friendly. I highly recommend staying at the Big Blue!

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

Mike and Gwen were phenomenal owners. Our family and dog were right at home at their place :)

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.
