We rented for 2 nights end of Feb 2024 while In Williamsburg for our son’s soccer tournament. It is a very nice suite with lots of amenities and great central location. Very clean. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 4 people. Easy access to food of all types. Parking on site. Very responsive host and resort staff. Very dog friendly too! Will definitely consider another stay here when we get a chance to get to Williamsburg again.

Very nice place, but just note that this is a time share place and the rooms/furniture may not look exactly as they are in the photos on airbnb.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Brooke Send me all your listings so I can book with you again! LOL! Seriously god Bless you Brooke and keep up the great customer service & hosting.

Excellent host and the getaway was exactly what we needed. The pics are outdated but the Room is Not! Modern, comfortable, clean and although it wasnt a balcony the sliding glass door has a perfect view to the heated/ lighted pool below. Thank you!

I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

Roger’s beach house was charming. It was an older-style home with many modern updates. Quick and easy walking path to the beach. The pool in the backyard was lovely. It was a little dirty upon arriving and Roger came right over and got it all cleaned up for us during our stay. The neighborhood was a little rough we did have a few uncomfortable encounters with homeless people being two girls alone it was a little unsettling. Overall, I would definitely come back again. The weather was absolutely beautiful for our stay.

The Little House was a sweet and ideal getaway spot! The property is gorgeous, and the area of Deltaville and other surrounding towns are definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Walking into the home was like walking into your own home - stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some. I love that we didn't have to pack all the bulky beach gear and bikes! They provided EVERYTHING you would want. All we needed were our clothes and personal items. The game cabinet was a huge hit as was the Wii which had all the best games! I'm always concerned renting homes that allow pets, but you would never know this was a pet home - there was no pet odor or stains, and the fenced front yard was very convenient. A short walk to a beautiful beach, and an access rode for easy bike riding made this the perfect location. Mary was an amazing host - responsive and very kind. Loved our stay so much we are hoping to return some day.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 dogs and everybody had a blast. The barn was very clean, cozy, and welcoming when we arrived. They had an essential oil diffuser on which made it smell lovely. There was a little binder left for us with everything we needed to know and some amazing sight seeing recommendations! The bed was comfortable and cooling/heating system worked great. Their stairs are a little steep and didn’t have runners so just keep that in mind with pets. Overall, this stay is perfect for 2 adults and their fur babies! Will definitely be booking again!

My guys and I had a great stay in New Kent. It was odd being in a place that was representative of 150 years of history kept mostly in its antique form. That is, except for the kitchen which was modern underneath a classic look. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I had a couple concerns when we checked in, but Adam responded and resolved everything quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away with a history niche.

Very peaceful and fenced in yard was a plus for our small dog. The beach was only a couple of blocks away. House was clean and host was responsive.

The perfect spot for our Winter getaway. A beautiful setting and a well preserved colonial era cabin, perfect for exploring such an historic part of our Country. Quaint local restaurants, friendly people and a country setting handy to the lower tidewater Virginia. The icing on the cake was the fireplace for cozy evenings reading a good book. Brooke gave clear instruction and made the check in/out process easy. I apologize that I was less than responsive (my wife had a medical emergency and didn’t arrive until a day and a half later). Brooke’s place was spacious and had good amenities. It was a bit dark and outdated (old carpets, furniture & tv/electronics) and not as clean & fresh smelling as we would’ve liked but still adequate. The community pool and arcade were very nice, the kids had a blast. We liked that it was a quick 15 minute ride to Busch Gardens & Water Country.

This condo is very basic and styled from when it was built. There is a great little coffee shop at the center of the resort that this condo is located in. A keurig is present in the unit but no coffee supplied so make sure to bring your own if you need a pick me up as soon as you wake up. I had the TV instruction sheet but could not get either to work so make sure to bring an iPad or some other device if you want to stream shows.

We were in town for college graduation. Property is less than a 10 minute drive from campus and extremely close to anything else we needed. Great little coffee shop on the resort grounds. Condo had everything we needed for the trip and the resort was responsive if we needed extra towels or anything like that. Tara was very helpful when I had questions or needed to make changes.

Great stay. So cozy and quiet! My partner and I, with our two dogs loved it.

Stayed at a few KOAs, this one was the cleanest, best maintain and had the most things to do. Had a 9 hole disc golf course, nature trail, petting zoo, moon bounce, full amenities store, and it was 4 miles from all restaurants. Awesome place

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and the pools are fun for younger kids. Jamestown beach about a 20 min drive, (river not the ocean) is especially nice, warm water and lots of sand.
