This was our second stay and it was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were the best part and so comfortable. A beautiful view and private beach area. And Ashley is a very responsive and helpful host. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The place in Gloucester was absolutely beautiful! The house is very spacious and everything we needed, except food, was at the house. Tamara does an excellent job of communication and her house was perfect to stay in! 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Chip-Marie’s place is very spacious, comfortable, and has a view “to die for” from the front sitting room. The sunsets were spectacular!!! Cozy fireplace to keep you warm on cold nights. And a well-stocked kitchen to prepare any kind of meal. Marie was super friendly and a wonderful Airbnb Host. Highly recommend to future guests.

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Penelope’s communication was great. Check in was easy, the house was very roomy, it was clean and we had 4 dogs so the fenced in back yard (made out of bamboo) was fantastic. The dogs loved to roam the bamboo forest. The location was very quiet. I can highly recommend!

What a fantastic place! I came from Pennsylvania to visit with family. Katie’s place was a great spot for them to come visit. We cooked out on the grill and the kids played in the water and on the beach. The house is absolutely gorgeous and is fully stocked with everything you could think of and labeled! The best part was watching the sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee on the covered porch. It was so peaceful. Oh! And of course watching the dolphins play! I really hope we can come back again in the future, we had the absolute best time! Thank-you Katie and Tim for everything!

Everything worked, fit, and was comfortable. We were out and about every day; we were just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Yorktown was a short drive away, as was Jamestown. A grocery store and a coffee shop were easily walkable. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Ryan takes pride and great care in what he offers his guests. That was clear in how the house was landscaped and decorated. It also was evident when part of a tree in the yard came down during a freak storm. A major section fell against the house, and Ryan quickly rallied a crew to deal with the branches that landed on and against house. He seemed as concerned about our comfort and safety as he was about any structural damage. We were fine, hardly inconvenienced; the house survived with only minor repairs immediately needed. But his actions and the friends gathered to help speak to his character as a host and owner. We are already planning a return trip in 6-7 months and hope his home is avaliable.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

We had an amazing time staying here. We had everything we needed, there were no hidden fees or surprises. Everything was communicated well and the price was really reasonable! We will be staying here again!! Thank you Bianka!

We’ve stayed at Governor’s Green multiple times, and Brad and Sarah’s place at least twice. It’s always really clean, comfortable, scenic, and, for us, perfectly located. It’s also cheaper than some hotels, and you get a lot more space and amenities for your money. It has become our go-to place to stay in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Brad and Sarah’s place.

All was good. Not the original place we booked. The new location was just as great or better. There was a short and uncomfortable “request to take a time share tour” speech I had to listen to. Other than that, it was great place to stay and the agent was very responsive. Thank you.

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! Perfect in every way! Immaculate throughout the entire home. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed, nice higher quality linens and towels. Just an all around nice place that you would want to come back and visit again and again!!! Responsive, friendly host that are available but offer privacy too!! Nice decor, well decorated but not cluttered!! Teresa and Bob.

The location was fantastic, the living space was super comfortable and inviting, and the surrounding areas were beautiful. I had a wonderful, peaceful, and rejuvenating trip, all enriched by the culture and atmosphere of Williamsburg. Our little abode was the perfect home base, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all around.

Jada's place was a great find! Great area, clean, peaceful. Jada was extremely responsive to the kitchen requests we made, having items delivered that day. And when the AC struggled to keep up w the heat outside she was on it! We will definately return.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, put together, clean and had all the things we needed. Location was great walkable to many amenities at kingsmill. The hosts were very helpful and also allowed us flexibility with checking in.

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs by far!! The value for the price cannot be beat. Lots of little touches to make the house feel like a home and the place is immaculate! Beautiful view of a lake from the balcony and close to a number of amenities if you choose to participate. We have a child and it was nice to be across the street from the playground! We had a fantastic stay at David's place! He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and check-in was smooth and easy. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A big thank you to David for the upgrade—we really appreciated it! We've stayed at this particular condo more 4than once and Gayle has always done everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The location within the property is perfect and having 2 beds in the second bedroom is a big plus for anyone traveling with family!
