We were impressed by how clean and conveniently located this house was. All of the furniture and linens seemed to be of high quality, and our host provided so many thoughtful amenities. The house was equipped with pretty much everything we could have needed.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything you can think of was provided. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very clean and gorgeous views!

We have stayed here before and everything was great, Again! Would definitely stay here next time we need a space for us and our grown children and their pets.

For us the large backyard and multiple bedrooms was the best thing- just what we needed for family and pets!

Amazing home

I've been renting on Airbnb for many years. I can honestly say this is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was pristine including the pots and pans. The rental was stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation including a wonderful coffee station. There were so many movies, board games, kayaks and toys. The views of the bay were incredible! Every morning we would sit on the porch and watch the herons, geese and swans. A couple of times, I had a question and texted the owner. The response was immediate! The townspeople in Mathews County were equally friendly, polite and courteous. We used all the owners' recommendations. I could not say enough good things about this rental and town. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

Beautiful home with nice furniture, updated appliances, and peaceful decor. Good location for our visits to Williamsburg and Jamestown, and our party of six adults was comfortable relaxing in the home after our busy days. Many restaurants within five minutes of the house. We were pleased with the accommodations.

Great place to stay at – nice location, close to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. Nice yard area and a covered deck with a patio table and chairs.

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

I felt at home and welcomed. Attentive care for orderly, peaceful and really clean grounds I enjoyed the very nice bath house. Lots of hot water ! I hope to return for every visit to Williamsburg. It’s so close to everything too

The location was AMAZING! So close to everything we came to see, easy to get to. Restaurants close by and easy to walk to! Check in was painless, instructions were specific and staff was responsive and helpful. Accommodations were as described, clean and comfortable. A bargain for sure: exactly what we needed. Two thumbs up, all around!

The accommodations were split between two buildings because they weren’t able to honor a building with a pet friendly apartment upstairs and down but it worked out anyway. I would have to pay $250 for a pet fee for both apartments so because the accommodations were split, I only had to pay one fee. No big deal. It all worked out and we enjoyed the stay regardless.

We had a great stay at Eric’s condo! Within 15 minutes of just about anywhere you want to be in Williamsburg. Great local restaurants, tons of history, the place had a lot of amenities and the staff were really helpful and kind. Check in and out was very easy. Dog friendly was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay and would love to return! If it wasn’t raining the entire time I would have definitely enjoyed the outside of the house. It is a cozy house with everything you need especially a beautiful view.

This was our second stay, this time with the dog. While the place could use a good dusting/deep clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s always peaceful and it feels far enough away from everything while only being 15 to 45 min to a lot. It was a nice place to return to after a busy day of exploring.

We had a great time staying at Vacation Village. The two adjoining units were very convenient for my extended family. Igor communicated clearly on the check-in instructions and expectations for the units. We would come back!

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.
