Katie’s home was absolutely perfect for us. We really appreciated the private driveway, which is a luxury in downtown Lancaster! The hot tub was heated, clean, and ready for use, and the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. All the beds were extremely comfortable, with ample cozy blankets available. The amenities were top notch. We really enjoyed the snack basket, bottled waters, endless options for making coffee, along with every dish/ cooking utensils we could have needed. It was also very nice to have a washer/ dryer available complete with detergent and fabric softener. She really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Me and my family have never stayed in an air bnb where we felt the warm home feeling. This home has all the great qualities you want to feel right at home ! The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved this place! It was in a quaint spot very close to where we were working while we were in town. Kay’s place was so well equipped! We wanted for nothing. Would highly recommend this adorable house if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, but still close to all the city has to offer.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless the check-in process was easy, and the host provided clear instructions that made settling in a breeze. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like fresh linens, comfortable furniture, and all the amenities I could need. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their guests’ experience.

This house exceeded our expectations. This is one of the rare times when the rental looks even better in person than in the pictures. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It was cozy for hanging out and the kitchen well appointed. The location is great too. It was easy to find and park there. There are lots of businesses within walking distance and a water-side park nearby (~ 3/4 mile) for morning walks. It wasn't too far to Elk Neck State Park for a beautiful hike. We were in the area for Thanksgiving, but are already discussing the possibility of coming back in spring or summer to explore more of the area. Last, the hosts were quickly responsive when we communicated a need.

Based on the pictures, we imagined a large space for our kids to play in, but when we opened the door for the first time, we were happily surprised to find it was even bigger than we anticipated! Our kids (both under 5) loved the large room and all the toys found within. It was pretty cold during our short stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside area, but we will definitely be back in the warm season to give that a test! ;) The only suggestion I have for anyone staying here would be that if you are staying during the cold season, bring some warm socks or slippers, because the cement floor in the kitchen gets rather chilly. All in all, it was an amazing stay. It's a great value, it's less than 15 minutes to downtown Gettysburg, it's easy to find, it's hosted by an amazing couple, it has cows for neighbors, it has a large living space, it has a well-stocked kitchen, clean showers and bathrooms, and much more! A huge blessing for our family! We will certainly be back again!

Abby was so kind and responded immediately to any questions I had. The place is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with all essentials. Extremely convenient 2 minute walk to the convention center. I would absolutely stay here anytime I’m in Lancaster.

We enjoyed our stay very much . The location was lovely and there's a lot to do out in the Ephrata area. Our host had a vase of flowers on the counter when we arrived saying Happy Anniversary. That was a very nice touch.

This was a great location and especially for the price. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Anything you would need for a longer stay. It was quiet, but easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need. Kathryn was responsive and gave extremely clear instructions. The stay was peaceful, pleasant, and seamless. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Meagan’s place served my purpose while in town on business. It was close to shops and my workplace. I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I needed a place to stay long term while we were in the process of looking for a new home to purchase. This apartment was very close to both of our works so I messaged about availability. Susan was very communicative and always responded to me quickly. She was super nice and accommodating. As the write up says, it is on a busy street where the traffic does not stop. So just make sure you are aware of that. We have night masks with speakers in them so we were ok:-) The kitchen has everything you would need and the bed was very comfy. We were very lucky to find this place.

The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

Shalani was always on top of taking care of any issues, responding was very quick and helpful, she was super friendly and took care of things that needed to be done before anything was said or became a problem. Honestly she was a great host and I would recommend anyone to her
