This place was a perfect spot for our sons AIT graduation. It’s minutes from base, restaurants, and shops.

It was a great studio apartment on the beach. Located at the end of the boardwalk where you can go for a nice walk or run. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom also had all supplies needed including a hairdryer. Place was clean and had plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. Plenty of space for me, my husband and our 6 year old who slept on the sofa that pulls out to a bed. Only complaint was the light outside the door stays on all night and there are no curtains over the window (only room darkening shades) so suggest bringing an eye mask until curtains are installed.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and the pools are fun for younger kids. Jamestown beach about a 20 min drive, (river not the ocean) is especially nice, warm water and lots of sand.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The entire unit was spotless, (I am OCD and I approve) perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the Hosts were very responsive and we had a smooth transition when we needed to extend once more. We would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

Mike and Gwen’s place is the perfect tranquil get away! My family had an absolute blast, and they were so accommodating. The views are incredible and the house is stocked with everything you need and more! We hope to be back again soon!

I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

Sandpiper's Perch was perfect for our family of four including 2 teenagers. It is located at the northern end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront away from the tourists and hustle and bustle. When we entered the home, my daughter said "Ohh, this is so cute." We were delighted that the beach was not crowded in this area. We are local to Hampton Roads and wanted a quick beach vacation but didn't want to pack our house to bring to a rental. Hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, and towels, and more were provided and the kitchen was stocked as listed. Anchor Realty checked in with us to make sure we got settled and to see if we needed any assistance. We had some rain due to hurricane Debby but we enjoyed being able to spread out comfortably and watch some Olympics, play some boardgames, and read. Thanks for a great stay!

The kids and I enjoyed ourselves. the weather was chilly so that was a bummer when it came to enjoying the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was freezing!!! But the property and the staff was amazing and attentive. I loved the stay and will be back!

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

We had a great stay. The condo needed some minor cosmetic work, but the beds were super comfortable. We didn't use any of the amenities of the location, but they looked nice and well kept.
