Came up for my birthday with a couple of friends and we had a wonderful time. The place is huge and decorated beautifully, the hot tub was lovely and well kept and the games room was great fun :)

Lovely couple of nights at The Studio. Exactly as described. Clean with everything I needed and a bonus mini bottle of milk in the fridge so I could make a proper cuppa. ❤️ Stunning views, peaceful and a nice 5k countryside loop for my morning run.

Would highly recommend this cottage - it has been creatively renovated to maximise space - and has been beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the bath luxurious. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, and it is a five minute walk from family - what is not to like!!

Stayed for a weekend in August 2024 for a birthday celebration. Mixed ages from 9m to 70 plus one cocker spaniel. We all had a fantastic time, especially the spaniel! The house and gardens are beautiful and we went for a walk each evening around the wetlands. House is superbly stocked with top quality items ie pots and pans, massive fridge freezer, surround sound, games etc. We have stayed in many AirBnbs as a family but all agreed this was one of the best. We would love to stay again someday. Carolyn and Steve were excellent hosts, always on hand to help with any questions and even allowed a much earlier check in which was appreciated. If this place is available, book it!

From beginning to end, this was a dream place to stay. The house was delightful, charming, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs and went out of his way to make sure that we were well looked after. It was great value for money. It unhesitatingly gets a five star review from myself and all my family members.

What can I say. Julie and Damien were great hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. Made to feel really welcome and at home. The place is beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend and would 💯 stay here again. The local pub just down the road was also really nice, great food and Guinness 😉 and welcoming locals. I couldn’t fault a single thing. If I could give 6 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

We loved the location of the house just on the edge of Tadcaster. It was surprisingly roomy and comfortable for our family group. The kitchen was well supplied. Andrew was on hand for when we needed a hand finding items. A lovely experience.

A unique and atmospheric place to stay with a very welcoming and friendly host. Loved the sculpture park and art galleries. Easy walking distance to Thirsk market place with all this great Yorkshire town has to offer.

A really lovely B&B - warm and cosy. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, spotless bathroom. Everything you needed in the kitchen plus thoughtful extras to make you feel welcome like milk, water, cereal etc. Highly recommend- will be back.

Whilst it’s never easy being away from our own home at Christmas - we have family nearby to Saltaire and so this is the second time we have spent the festive period in Nina’s wonderful place and we couldn’t have felt more at home! It’s wonderfully cosy and comfortable and we even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree! The river both calm and then rushing by outside over the weir is a delight and we were lucky enough to see the heron hunting for its breakfast most mornings. Thank you Nina for sharing your amazing home with us - again! We had a great time and were really sad to leave our little home from home.

Sue was a wonderful host from the moment we booked - great at communicating, friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Sue’s place made a great base for exploring York - close to the park and ride but with the peace of a farm setting. Would highly recommend.

Debbie was a great host and her communication was excellent. The flat was very good and the location was excellent and within easy walking distance of Knaresborough town centre. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great break to Knaresborough and the surrounding area.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We got sucked in by the pictures which was about 2 hours away from where we were originally looking to stay and I’m glad we did. Peter is a lovely host and recommended a lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here. Lovely location and accommodation.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was beautiful and the wigwam was surprisingly spacious and very clean, kitchen came equipped with everything you needed. The host Jim met us on our arrival and settled us in explains how to heat the hot tub and general advice, he was very welcoming and friendly. The children loved the hot tub and the fire pit to roast marshmallows! I will be coming back to this place as there is a lot to do around it with Sutton Bank 10 min drive away. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

Lovely quick stay at Paul's, super peaceful cabin in beautiful location. Very helpful hosts who greeted us on arrival and walked us down to the cabin and explaining how everything works. Great outdoor kitchen with everything we needed. Dogs had a great time roaming around the space. Definitely a place we'd like to return again to.

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Instructions to get to the site were absolutely spot on, amenities and everything inside and out was perfect,nothing was too much trouble for Sean at all, even having to ring him after hours as we locked ourselves out the cabin ! Very welcoming on arrival and even gave us a little more time to get ourselves sorted when we ran behind for check out time ! Would deffinately stay here again very relaxing and glad to have been !

Just returned from an amazing weekend away with my wife. The place is exactly as described and is the ultimate getaway from everyday stress! We had an issue with the shower but it was quickly sorted by the attentive host even though they was away at the time. Will 1000% be returning at some point

Lovely place, very tranquil. Hot tub was great and we really enjoyed watching all of the surrounding wildlife. Cannot fault it at all, would love to visit again.
