We had a lovely stay here last night, me and my partner spent the night here for my birthday. Hosts very friendly and helpful with information provided. We made use of the hot tub and fire pit facilities. I did encounter an accident whilst present no fault of the host or property, all my fault. But wanted to mention how understanding and supporting both hosts were. Will definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Will definitely be back as we loved it so much. The lodge was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was absolutely amazing! Stunning lodge, big private garden and beautiful, quiet surroundings. Easy check in and check out too. Host is helpful and responsive. 10/10 stay!

Beautiful place to stay, everything was perfect! Loved the little extra touches, such as prosecco on arrival, chocolates on the bed and slippers/robes. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Lovely little place to stay, clean, warm and cosy. We did struggle at first to find the place from the road as the sign is quite small but we managed in the end. We had some issues getting the log burner going for the hot tub but Julia was helpful and responsive with this. The bed was very comfy and the upstairs space is cosy. The shower wasn’t warm the next morning but we were only there one night so this was okay. Overall it was a lovely little stay

Booked to celebrate friends getting engaged. Plenty room for 8 adults and a spaniel. Lovely outside space to eat and enjoy the hot tub. Plenty space in the common areas to spread out and relax. Would recommend a d would come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ash’s place. He could not have done more for us to make sure our stay was just what we wanted. Caravan has everything you need and every detail thought of. The site itself is peaceful, clean, tidy, yes it’s under construction but it did not affect our stay. We went to chill in the hot tub and escape reality which is exactly what we got. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely go back.

Beautiful lodge. Great for a romantics weekend away. Would 100% recommend. Can’t wait to visit again.

“Driftwood” was recommended by a friend who stayed 2weeks previously. Simon & Cheryl have done a fantastic renovation job making you feel very warm & welcome with brilliant attention to detail with the theme of the sea & all things allied! The beds were really comfortable & restful, and despite being in the middle of the most horrendous thunderstorm whilst we visited, we felt very warm & safe!! A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

What a lovely stay! We only stayed the one night and wish we’d booked longer - it was so cosy. The cabin had everything you could want including boardgames, all the kitchen utensils you’d possibly need and a complimentary basket of amenities in case we’d forgotten anything. It was spotless, warm and inviting. Nick and Gill were lovely hosts and their responses were helpful and quick! We’d recommend to anyone looking for a cosy, relaxing escape from busy life! Loved my short stay here, description is accurate and cabin is lovely and cosy. despite the working farm location it was very quiet and peaceful.

The cabin is very rustic, has everything you need-3 TVs including in both bedrooms/Netflix/utube/all TV channels/Games/Xbox-Alexa speaker-Kitchen is extremely well equipped-you just need to get an Air Fryer keep cooking costs down-beds very comfortable-a lot of thought has gone into the cabin and its facilities-The cabin sits on the largest slot on the site with a sloping wild garden, with some fantastic trees and a swing seat the views are very peaceful although my Arnie never got the chance to enjoy it my sons dogs did. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the site which was open but we simply didn't get the chance to use it and we could have had it to ourselves, were too busy out and about-Talbot bar at bottom of lane very dog friendly and met Dave the dog who sits on reception, free pool table also-loved feeding the wild bids each morning but wasn't a fan of the owl who was up and about each night-overall a little magical cabin and land it sits on. Will visit again-All the best PM

Harry is a very responsive and friendly host, anytime I asked a question he would respond within 10 mins, very quite and peaceful area for my reactive French bulldog. Completely private, easy drive in access, the place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. 100% coming back to this place. They even give you a free field session for your pup to run about off lead for free! Thanks again Harry

I booked very last minute for the dog friendly pod. I was greeted without even having to get out of my car and was shown where my home for the night was by the most welcoming lady. It's always a bit nerve wracking going away on your own but I felt safe there and it was so peaceful. I was also invited to join others for a Chinese and entertainment that evening which I appreciated the offer of. Such a safe, friendly, peaceful place with just the sounds of birds singing all around, thank you

We stayed at Riverside Cabins as a surprise for my husband's birthday. From the time of booking, with help to have balloons in the cabin prior to our arrival, to organising the hot tub to warm up quicker as we were only staying for 1 night, everyone was so friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough! The location is no more than perfect! It was a freezing cold night (-2 i think) which gave us the beautifully clear skies on which to view the stars from the hot tub. I couldn't think of a better place to have been on such a perfect night! Luckily we live local so will definitely be staying again and I have already recommended Riverside Cabins to my family and friends. The cabin was clean, warm and cosy, well equiped & beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Loved it! I would say more but I'm running out of the allocated number of characters! Quick you need to book before you miss out on experiencing such a perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amanda's Airbnb was as described, clean, tidy, comfortable and a great price. Amanda communicated well and recommended a lovely local pub (The Plough) for dinner 🍽 and a few drinks 🍻. I would use her again and highly recommend a stay.

Gorgeous two night stay at Deer Cottage for my partners birthday. The cottage is beautiful, with everything you need and the view from the bedroom is amazing. Ria was the perfect host, she was so helpful and answered any prior questions I had within minutes, she even left us a couple of birthday muffins as little gift. I'd recommend this little cottage to anyone.

What a lovely unique lodge. We loved staying at the Widgeon Lodge, lovely location next to the lake and great views of the RAF planes going past. Nice little personal touches too…..we loved the homemade shortbread, thank you. Plenty of activities for the kids and great entertainment for them on the night. We also couldn’t wait to get back though and get into the hot tub each night. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be recommending and staying in one of your properties again

Gorgeous cabin, facilities were clean and had fresh towels etc. cabin had fresh bedding, tea, coffee, sugar flavoured tea, milk etc. heater was on ready for us arriving which was a lovely touch and fairy lights and decor made it feel like home away from home. Barbecue was amazing and outdoor seating. A informative book with places to visit, restaurants, pubs and takeaways with detailed recommendations. Would definitely visit again the price is a steal for such a beautiful place. Jessica herself was lovely and friendly, can’t commend her enough :)

I had the most amazing stay at Cosy Woodcutters near Bakewell! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how charming and peaceful the place was. The cabin was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was absolutely perfect—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet still close to Bakewell for exploring. The outdoor area, especially the pizza oven, was a fantastic touch, making our stay feel extra special. Every little detail had been thought of, from the cozy furnishings to the little finishing touches that made the place feel so welcoming. The hosts were lovely and made sure everything was just right for our stay. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside. I’ll definitely be back!

We had two days in this lovely little cabin, tucked away in its own tiny private wood and looking into Christine’s beautiful garden. There are loads of garden birds, even a distant skylark singing in the fields beyond 😊. The cabin is delightfully characterful, really fun and thoughtfully decorated and designed. Very well equipped too. It’s about two miles to RAF Cranwell, but potentially walkable. Tons of history in the local villages too. An all round lovely place for us to stay.
